We're first time customers & just received 2 #8100 couches and couldn't be happier. The quality craftsmanship, attention to finish detail & quality of fabric are the best of any furniture company we've ever bought from over the years. We were thrilled to have our local dealer introduce us to this wonderful manufacturer that they've carried for 40+ yrs with minimal customer issues, all of which have always been addressed promptly by Lancer which is why we chose this brand. So many furniture operations have been taken over by bigger companies & end up not being the same quality as in the past. It's so refreshing to know that they're employing local people and have maintained their integrity & not sold out. Quality over quantity is always the best practice & Lancer has that dialed in. Thank you for such beautiful couches that make us smile every time we look at them & sit on them. Keep up the great work!

Bought a Lancer sofa in March 2020. Received it in July 2020. By Christmas, the seat cushions have holes and one is definitely not stuffed with the same material that the other two are. I am just now able to do repairs myself. I am taking pics and taking them to the store that sold it to me. (been buying furniture there for over 25 years) I am telling them to STOP SELLING LANCER!!!!! It is poorly made CRAP!!!!!

Please avoid ordering from Lancer Furniture through any authorized reseller/retailer. I placed an order with Lancer through a reseller late last year for a tufted sofa that was meant for my formal living room. The order was 'accepted' by their office representatives. In April 2021, I called for a status update as I was told that April was the estimated time of delivery for the item. To my surprise, Lancer discontinued the item in it's entirety, never informed the retailer, and never rejected the order when the order was placed months earlier. There was zero communication from Lancer, and Zero willingness from them to correct their mistake. Both the retailer, and I attempted multiples times to reach out to Lancer and escalate this issue to production management however there was either no response, or we were told there is nothing they can do. Lancer has poor customer service and I would not recommend giving them your business.

We ordered Lancer from Wayside in Ohio in 2013. We moved to NC and needed furniture for a family room so we put our lancer furniture there and ordered Craftmaster. We paid so much more money for the Craftmaster and it's junk. My lancer is still holding up beautifully. Now looking for someone who carries lancer brand.

We bought a Lancer sofa and loveseat in February 2019 and after delivery we noticed the arm on the love seat wouldn't support any weight. The frame for the arm was cracked .We called the furniture company and they sent the unit back to Lancer for repairs.The unit came back repaired, but has since and issues with frame edges sticking out and the so called foam in the arm isn't keeping it's shape and the material is loosing its support.Both arms on the loveseat are not formed c

I have been waiting for Peggy to contact me back. I sent all the pictures asked and they determined my frame was damaged. only had couch 1 year. I am having surgery in another month cannot bring the couch to a dealer they are e hours away and no response for almost a month already

I purchased a sofa sleeper, love seat and ottoman from this company. It arrived and immediately I could see problems with workmanship. Thankfully, I was working with a wonderful furniture store who came to look at my concerns and dealt with Lancer separately . After an attempt to fix the issues, but only making matters worse, they replaced the furniture.
