SHOP DOESN'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY ON FAULTY LABOR. They make sure you are a return customer by not addressing the root cause of the problem. I've been to this shop 3 times now for items that would have been addressed by a competent technician on the 1st visit and now need a new shop for the mess they have caused. This shop doesn't have any technicians employed.
1st trip: AC compressor and condenser on a 15 year old vehicle.
2nd trip: AC hose line was leaking, there are two hoses but the shop only wanted to replace 1 of the aged hoses when they are $20 a piece but a couple hundred dollars for labor. 1 year warranty promised on this work.
3rd trip: AC compressor bolts have snapped off less than 50 miles later, mechanic mentions it is a common problem. Well if its such a common problem why wouldn't you replace the bolts when you worked on the hoses or the compressor on the first 2 visits. Did not honor warranty
4th trip?: What do you know, the AC compressor bolts have snapped again less than 50 miles driven since last serviced, indicating incompetent mechanics not capable of torqueing bolts correctly or diagnosing the issue causing this.

The owners of the shop are very honest and respectful of people and their cars. This has become my new "go-to" shop locally. I respect honest businesses and their honest owners. Very professional place to take your vehicle. Quick, honest and reliable! What else could you ask for.

1st, 2nd & 3rd time I've came here and nothing fixed. Still having problems ??with my car. There was an older woman there the 2nd time i came and she was loud and rude when i told her she charged my card twice. 3rd time it was a younger woman up front she was pleasant i paid cash though. I'm only 31 but i swear the older woman kept looking at me with advancing eyes. I won't come back because seems like when i do be there all chaos is going on and i never see the mechanic.

Had a 2 hour drive to get to a meeting in Marshville. Truck was miss firing like crazy. I pull in and they had no issue stopping to figure out what was wrong because they knew I was in a hurry. They got right to work and replaced what was broke and I still made it to my appointment on time! If you need a repair done on your vehicle I would definitely recommend letting them give you an opinion!
