My wife has a bad urinary infection and it's been 24 hours and her prescription is still not ready DON'T USE THE CVS IN STANLEY IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!!!!

Very disappointed in my local CVS in Stanley NC. After driving to the store twice today to be told the prescription was being processed (after receiving a notification that it was ready for pickup) I returned a 3rd time at 5:45PM. After sitting in line for 15 minutes I pulled up to the window at 6:00 PM to have a black curtain pulled down in my face. Being the last car in line and considering it being the 3rd trip today to pick this up for my wife (who is battling cancer) I was extremely disappointed that they would do a regular and local customer this way. I hope they have a Merry Christmas, don’t worry about my wife’s pain level… I’m sure it will be fine.

I’m not seeing why people hate this cvs. The staff if beyond friendly and generally really caring people, I understand it might take them a minute to get your things together but you have to understand a lot of people go here for their prescriptions and other things so they are obviously busy, no reason so be so angry with them. My personal experience was absolutely great and I will continue to shop here regardless of what people say.

I'm only reviewing the pharmacy section of the store. I only transferred my prescriptions here because the Dallas CVS closed recently. The employees working in the pharmacy in Stanley seem to be reasonably friendly people, but the amount of time it takes just to go through the drive-thru is ridiculous. If you don't have 45+ minutes to sit in line every time you want to pick up a prescription, this is not the pharmacy for you. It took an hour of sitting in the drive-thru to get a single prescription today.

You have to be a very bad person and provide a terrible service to close the pharmacy to someone who needs medication for arriving 5 minutes after closing time when you just served another customer. If the box is open, it costs you; it's not the same as someone needing scissors. Or needing medication."

CVS is my top pick for pharmacy but this 1 does not have it together! Multiple pharmacist and techs working but fail to keep up with incoming orders and high volume of customers!

I know there are issues, lots of turn around and yes short staffed. Sitting in parking lot now with cones up for what is usually lunch break for an hour. It is Saturday 4:50. Waiting to see if they get moved. I can't go in because I have my dog. I do want everyone to know both Sonya and Bridget got it going on. Been there a long time, outlived any of them They have the best personalities and something can be fixed they figure it out! The 3 stars is for everybody else

This pharmacy has terrible hours and is never open even 10 till 8 on the weekdays. Not ideal for medication needs

Stephanie was absolutely horrible. She was very rude and disrespectful, She had an attitude the entire time and refused to let me speak to anyone other then her. Everytime she asked for my name she just got meaner. (I guess she doesn't like names that aren't basic) I was calling in regards to working there (I have 3 years of management under my belt along with 2yrs of running a store) and let me tell you she NEEDS to go. If she responded/ talked to me like that and I was WANTING to work there I can only imagine how she talked to customers and employees.

Should call it the 60 minute before your seen even if you have an appointment for a simple flu shot clinic.

I do not like the pharmacy they are very unprofessional they called out your prescriptions in front of everybody that is not right and it is very rude And a little girl thought it was cute at the window I will be in her name once I go pick back up my prescription and I will be reporting her to the manager

Pharmacy employees are usually nice, but make sure they confirm your medication prior to filling it, they’ve given me the wrong prescription at the drive thru. Store is not open during advertised hours, closes early.

The minute clinic nurses and physician honestly suck. They are very unprofessional. They don’t know what the hell their doing. The minute clinic in Stanley needs to fire every single one of those physicians and hiring new ones. And the physicians and their support team need to get on the same page. Their liars and worthless. #dobetter

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The male in the pharmacy even gave my daughter a lollipop.
