“I sent a request to leave at my DOORSTEP. They left in the mailbox(we live in a apartment building). It irritates me because I waited and then I have to wait till my mother gets home at 6 just to get my package. All because the mail man/women didn't want to walk to my doorstep and drop it off. Only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because it came a day earlier than it was supposed to arrive and was arrived in the morning. Please listen to a request before sticking it in a mailbox so I can't get my package till almost 6 at night. Thank you”

“My boyfriend and I have an upcoming trip that we needed passports for. I decided to make an appointment at this location for our passport applications, every other location was booked up until AFTER our trip. Even though it was a drive for sure, it was most definitely worth it! Megan and Amanda were so incredibly nice and welcoming! Megan was very informative and made sure all of our questions were answered and that we had the proper documents for our app. They were both so helpful and made a situation I was stressed about so calming and really easy!
