That was a five star review 3 years ago. I've worked with the same employees when they were in Locust and moved to Kluttz when they opened. I've been a loyal customer and never had a complaint. I recently had to get a new set of tires. My TPMS sensors worked when I dropped it off, but all read zero with dash warnings when I went to leave (even though the technician told the guys at the front desk my truck was ready). They tried to reprogram but weren't able to, and said they would have to pop the bead to relearn the sensors. That didn't make sense, so I brought it to the dealership to have the sensors relearned.
All 4 sensors are broken. Thankfully my extended warranty covers the replacement with a $100 deductible. No big deal, I was assured at Kluttz that they would take care of it. While waiting on my truck, I called Kluttz to update them and see what the next steps are. I was basically told to prove their employees broke them and they'll reimburse me. They claim that the batteries went dead in all 4 sensors at the same time, but the dealership folks say they've never seen that happen. The dealership technician gave me the damaged sensors as proof.
Kluttz still refuses to reimburse stating that the sensors were “made that way,” “the dealership damaged them upon removal” (it’s a simple screw with no prying required), and that the “batteries were dead.” They have lost a loyal lifetime customer for $100 and not making things right. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I've always trusted them to do the right thing, but now I see they'll do whatever it takes to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes and/or accidents.

I've been dealing with them for a few years now and they are the best I've ever delt with. Service is fast and staff is friendly. I recommend them to everyone.

This was my second visit. First time was for 4 new tires and it took over 2 hours. I’m here to get my tire plugged and ive been waiting over an hour so far. The only word that comes to mind when I think about Klutz is…. SLOW.

Absolutely horrible I would never take anything I own back or tell anyone to go back they straight up lied to me about being able to alight my vehicle and proceeded to charge me to tell me my ball joint was bad wich I checked maybe 50 miles before I took it when I installed new wheels and then went home and checked them both again after they told me that it was bad !!! Once again LIARS

Wonderful service! But they are not responsible for hub caps. Didn't put one of mine back on right and it came off (lost it) and broke another. Cost me $60 to replace both.
