Not sure why the low rating but after switching from CVS Siskey I've had a great experience. Just today, Dawn and Dr Preshon in the pharmacy provided excellent customer service. Super impressed when the Pharmacist called me back directly. As a Nurse Practitioner for 11 years and recent cancer survivor (Jan. 8), I'm taking time to focus on more good in the world, Thank you Walgreens Potters Rd!

No wonder there are no customers. A lady with a cavalier attitude behind the counter told me my prescription would be ready in 1, maybe 2 or more hours. It was a take it off the shelf and put a label on it kind of prescription and they had had it for hours already. They were not busy either. So I came back in 1.5 hours and she bothered herself enough to talk to the pharmacist who said I can get this over the counter. I asked why didnt you tell me that 1.5 hours ago and I wouldnt have made a second trip. She lit up with an evil grin and said "I didnt know it then". The pharmacist was peering out from his cubbyhole at me like "so whatcha gonna do"? Not one other customer was there and I can see why. That is my last time to give that Walgreens any business at all. Back to CVS I go.

Stay away from the Pill Czar! The male pharmacist had to be called by my doctor and my doctor had to explain to him that some months have 31 days and you have to count the date dispensed as day 1. The pharmacist was hijacking my prescription for 32 days. Take his control away like I did. Do NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!

The pharmacy is amazing! They are always so helpful.. especially Cindy! Cindy really helped out when my son ran out of medication while on vacation! I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy!

Worst shopping experience ever….I tried to buy a drink for $1 with a yellow Sale Price sign with it so I can use the Walgreen $5 rewards point by spend at least a $1, but the scanner indicated $.99 instead, the cashier insisted there was nothing wrong with the system but he was being so lazy enough by Not going to check out the price label to confirm about it instead of just assumed the customer don’t know what’s he doing by picking a wrong price item!So, I tried to explain the price label was $1 to this cashier; all a sudden, another staff, Bob, YELLING AT ME over 30 feet away and stated, “shut up, you don’t like it go somewhere else….”; I asked Bob, why are you yelling at me so loud…, Bob replied, “I don’t like the way you talking to him…” and continue his way yelling at me; At that time, I’ve no choice but to raise my voice back at Bob, “who do you think you are? What give you the right to yelling at me just because you don’t like the way the customer talking?” Then Bob finally shut up after I’ve to raise my voice back at him!Later I found out being this whole scene, a manager, Claudia, was standing behind and didn’t do anything to interfere at all!Finally, this manager, Claudia, showed up… I showed her the drink price sale sign was $1, but the scanner was $.99… She asked “what is the problem, you’re being charge less?” Really? Any responsible manager will apologized for the price was inconsistency between the Price label and the scanner price, and will change the scanner error ASAP, right?; but not in Claudia’s mind!I also pointed out to Claudia that both of her employees the ways they treated me were unacceptable and asked if she would let them know the price was inconsistency on the store side; but she reply, “I will not tell my employee anything….” likes she doesn’t think anything was wrong about my shopping experience there?! I expressed I might file a complaint about this, then Claudia reply, “I won’t help you anything if you complaint about this!”Finally, I didn’t need her help to adjust the price and left the store and my family will never shop at Walgreen anymore! My friend had told me a while ago that some Walgreen customer service had diminished and I didn’t believe him until this happened!In conclusion, 3 issues there:1 – Lazy Cashier didn’t confirm the truth price by going to the shelf to verify the item’s price but kept questioning the customer picked a wrong price item to use a rewards card!2- Hot tempered staff, Bob, thinks he can LOUDLY YELL at a customer just he doesn’t like the way the customer talking and he doesn’t care what other discussion about!3- Manager, Claudia, was totally incompetent as she doesn’t know what a manager’s role is about and how to do her job as a store manager!

My doctor wrote a prescription for ivermectin and it was sent to this location. I received an email stating they were having to reach out to my insurance about coverage. Nobody contacted me to tell me what was going on, so I had my prescription sent to Indian Trail pharmacy where they’re happy to fill it!

ABSOLUTELY TRASHIEST WALGREENS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Staff are rude and the manager is CLUELESS of what is happening in her own store. we had a covid-19 appointment today that they canceled on their own and didn’t notify us. we drove 30 minutes to the trashiest walgreens and the manager had to sense of apologizing to us. I AM SORRY FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO COME HERE EVERYDAY.

Bad experience with FedEx drop off. They do not have any envelopes. They are very adamant and rude when we asked about envelope. It shows as on-site service, but do not provide any services. Manager said it is just a drop off. Had to make a useless trip.

Previous experiences have been awesome but today, the shift leader on duty was quite rude to say the least. I came to pick up my daughters order that she ordered for me to mail to her while away at AIT! She does this often she pays I ship but today she forgot to add me I had her on the phone the shift lead said no she needs to pick it up I again explain she’s not able. We call Walgreens 800 number to see if any assistance could be made and they said all your daughter has to do is tell them I can pick it up because she didn’t know how to add it. That lady ignored me and what they said got her three tills from the photo area and walked off saying what I thought I heard was “they be stealing!” I could be incorrect but she never came back to me so I can clarify what was said. So 42 mins no clarity and a case number with me to receive a call back in 48 hrs.
