Absolutely great work. Everything from calling and making an appointment to when the repairman drove away was easy and simple. Joseph called before arriving and was able to have it fixed in no time. That's the price of knowledge, experience amd professionalism. will save the number on my garage door for easy reference when I need repairs many many years from now.

These guys were great. It was Mother's Day... I have an EV and my charger is inside the garage. I am running low on charge. But, guess what, my remote won't open the garage. After more thorough inspection I realized that tensor spring is broken. I called Tip Top phone line not expecting anyone to answer but just to leave a voicemail. My first surprise was they answered at 4pm on Sunday on Mother's Day. My second surprise was I got an appointment scheduled the very next morning. My third surprise was when their tech called me and asked if he could come in 10 min. 1.5 hr later my garage door sounded like a newly installed one rather than rusty metal cracking horror movie special effect. Very happy customer today :)
