I interacted mainly with Monica. She is the best! Super fast communication, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. The quality of the tint work is top notch - and I have had a lot of cars tinted in the past. They were super fast, no-nonsense, which I love. Already recommended them to my friends. Thank you!!

I have been to the Sun Stoppers Matthews location twice now for my Tesla M3 & MY! I received super quick quotes over text which explains the difference between types of tints that were available for me. I got an appointment in under a week both times. It took just about an hour for my windows and roof to be tinted, which I thought was really fast. They offer ceramic coating and paint protection film as well! Monica, the receptionist, is very kind and a pleasure to talk to while waiting.

I recently had my windows tinted at Sunstoppers Monroe NC.Great experience that started with the first call to their office. Monica who answered the phone and set the appointment, was very kind and professional. The guys that tinted the windows were quick, and did a really nice job. I had a residential window install and if you don't know film colors and exactly what you want you are in trouble. I explained my room concern was sun on the people sitting and bleaching the sofa out. That's all i knew about why i called them. The install guy was nice but sales guy is rude and condescending so his pitch is quick and if you choose wrong he doesn't want to here about it. That's when it goes downhill and offends them grately. Study your film well before you call they just want to install and be gone I told them right away it was not working and he said basically it's my fault because i picked it oh and i paid 600.00 after using a coupon- he didn't care - Ross yelled at me for it

We had a great experience with Sun Stoppers. Monica is super knowledgeable and helps you choose exactly what you need (without just trying to upsell you on everything). They were done within about 45 minutes and did quality work. We're extremely happy with our newly tinted windows and will happily recommend Sun Stoppers to others.

We've been bringing all our cars here since 2011. This is a professional outfit that guarantees their work...although I've never had to bring any of our vehicles back! They get it right the first time. I grew up in Southern California where window tinting was a religion. If you weren't the best, you'd go out of business quick. These folks would be amongst the top in LA. On my wife's GT we elected the highest grade tint on all windows including the sunroof. Even in the blazing Carolina sun her car stays comfortable. Her panoramic roof shade broke so we were concerned that the interior would bake under that giant sunroof. Their highest grade tint did the job! Even those it's exposed, the heat doesn't come through! Amazing! Thanks!

Very easy to call and make an appointment. I showed up and they were ready for me. Of the area shops I have been to this one is very nice. The waiting area is very professional. Window tint job was excellent and even had some additional work done as well.i will definitely come back to this location moving forward.

Fast, High quality work, waiting room is great while you are getting work done. Transferable lifetime tint warranty +++, You get what you pay for. I've usually tinted my own Windows and as I get older I don't have the patience like I use too, I have used a few tint shops over the last few years and Paul will have my business from now on and will recommend to anyone, Thanks
