“OMG / OMG - Hands down! - This was the nicest and most robust Whole Foods that we have ever been to in our lives! - Staff was very: (1) Available, (2) Knowledgeable & (3) Friendly; - Patrons of the store were normal and not like the usual insane types that we are accustomed to bumping into. Parking lot can be slightly tight - nevertheless, we were able to find plenty of parking. People in the parking lot are extremely cordial and friendly too. Produce is fresh and well stocked. Sit down area is extremely clean! - Employees obviously take great pride in maintaining this location! A+”

“I had to return some office equipment. I went to four other "Fedex" locations before coming here. They turned out to be inside of CVS or Walgreens locations, which are unable to scan QR codes, print labels, or take codes for payment. This office, on the other hand... Great customer service, minimum wait time, & they take care of boxing up everything and made the process seamless. I highly recommend this FedEx office for any of your shipping needs!”
“Just finished visiting this store. Jai went above and beyond to not only help me but multi-task helping other customers at the same time to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner.Not only was he notarizing for one customer, he was also sending a package out for another, helping a third client return equipment to an internet provider, all while asking what modifications and sizes I needed on the high quality pictures I was printing. He and the other employees in the store really seem to care about the customer experience.I have always had a great experience at this store and will certainly be going back to print photos, notarize future paperwork, and ship packages in the future.Highly recommend this store!”
“I had to scan a multipage document and Fedex Kinkos was the first place I thought of. The process was seamless. The associate was very nice and helpful. It took all of 5 minutes to scan 30 plus pages. It was a little expensive, $.55 per page. Consider them for all your office needs.”

“I went there trying to track down a delayed package because the UPS AI phone system is so horrible and won't let me talk to a human. I shouldn't have to drive to the UPS warehouse for information on packages they've lost or delayed.The young lady was helpful and went out of her way to get our important package to us.”

“De'andra (I hope I'm spelling that right) was easily the most helpful person I spoke with from FedEx at all today, and I spoke to almost half a dozen. I called this location out of sheer desperation, last ditch effort to speak to the local ship station. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful, inquiring into my issue and doing everything in her power to get me connected to the ship station. While she was unfortunately unsuccessful, her dedicated effort to help me was sincerely appreciated, and says a lot about this location as a whole.”

Appreciate the follow up and happy to revise this review/feedback given my complaint was acted on and resolved promptly.Original Review:Was standing in the shop at 3pm on Saturday with 3 packages labelled, only to drop off. But the lady behind counter who was already scanning package for someone else, told me the shop is closed and she wont scan in. Awful customer service when all I am doing is dropping off and even the UPS driver js still at the shop collecting packages.”
