Prompt, professional staff and all of our belongings were stored locally until the agree upon move date. “Michael and his crew did a great job moving my appliances!!! He understood that that he may have needed to take a door off that had a waterline in it and he brought many tools in case that was needed. He figured out a way to get the refrigerator thru the doorway without having to remove the door.He also tied down the appliances in his truck so the would not move and wrapped the appliances with the movie my blankets he had in the truck.I’m strongly recommend Michael for your moving needs.Greg”

College Hunks left my job incomplete and the boxes the had packed on the truck was not to the standard of more experienced professional movers. ACE Movers came in and saved the day. They had to rearrange the truck first and then finished the job College Hunks couldn't. I contacted ACE Movers at 5:30 am in the morning and Gary responded to me immediately. He found a way to get a team from Statesville to Charlotte by 11:00am on the same day. David and Tommy were amazing. You can tell they weren't amateurs. I am so appreciative of the service I was provided. I can't thank them enough. If you are in the Charlote area and need movers, ACE Movers is first class. I recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“This was my first time renting a moving truck. I decided to try U-Haul's Independence Boulevard location. Duke provided outstanding customer service.During my initial phone call, he patiently answered all of my questions. Once at the location, he walked me through the rental process. I appreciated that he mentioned some other helpful items (such as a furniture dolly and hand truck), but did not try to upsell these items.The rental went so well, I returned at a later date to rent another truck. Frank was very helpful then.I would definitely recommend this location to others. The staff is helpful and attentive. Duke and staff, keep up the great work!”
