Recently purchased a grass catcher for my Bradley 36 Mower. When I originally went down there, they didn’t have it in stock but later on, they found that they did have one more in stock I dealt with Major. He was extremely professional and the man definitely needs a raise With how good of a job he does. Will be dealing with them more in the near future for my lawn care company..

parts department is great they have great friendly staff treat you great to keep coming back. Highly recommend. I Do all my parts shopping there and have bought equipment there as we'll. Got to check them out the service department did great to get me up and running today

I asked the counter person if I could get a Veterans discount. He said he would have to check he asked the person in charge and they responded no. This person had a foreign accent. I guess he didn’t care where he got his freedom from. It felt disrespectful. Just a passing no. The counter guy was great I give him a 5 star rating as he helped carry my tire out and put it in my truck. He could see I have back problems.

I chose ISS for my mower needs do to top pricing or many platforms. After contacting them about my purchase and having some questions David (sales manager) took care of me , I will Definitely continue business with ISS going forward. Thank you sir item's arrived on time and undamaged.

I brought in a Stihl hand held blower for maintenance service. The bill was $150.00 for a spark plug, a fuel filter, an air filter and a carburetor adjustment. I could have purchased a new identical blower for $299. I will never have my yard equipment serviced here again.
