“I am honestly shocked at how well the touchless car wash cleaned my Corvette! There literally is not a spot on it, and I didn't even towel dry it. “During a car wash I heard a snap. After the wash, discovered that my rear wiper was torn from the base. Zack was the manager on duty and offered a free wash, recommended I buy a new wiper and stated he would replace the new arm and blade. He retrieved the broken wiper arm which had the blade still intact. Zack was calm and handled my situation very well. He is a young manager and I felt valued as a customer due to his professional interaction with me.”

“Probably won’t go again. Car was somewhat dirty, wash got 80% clean but spent a half hour+ wiping the exterior and drying it off. Small car. Recommend longer dry cycle in the automation.Pictured is 1 side of the towel from wiping after the wash. Also somehow got water into my air vent, passenger air filter soaked & dripping.”

Started the monthly package yesterday and the man who set me up was professional, had to call back up there after leaving because I forgot to write down all of my information and he was helpful in getting me squared away. I would recommend this wash and plan on adding my other vehicles to the monthly plan. His customer service should be recognized.”

“I’ve been coming to this car wash since the early 2000s. Yo! They never miss! Straight up, the manager special is about $34 and is leaps and bounds more value than Auto Bell. “I had not used this facility for a few years. I recently tried it with a new vehicle. I know prices go up, thank you current Administration. The base wash is $18. With water, pre-wash, rinse, multi-colored wax liquid, another rinse and brushes spinning all the while. My vehicle was 94 to 96% clean. They do have a multi Vacuum Center which I used once and it worked very well.”
“Everyone was super friendly and pleasant (especially considering the heat!) to work with. Unfortunately, I had to swing back around as the detailers missed the area around my front grill which had some pretty evident bug action. I informed the one gentleman ( ginger hair / tall/ super nice!) and he had me pull back to the detail area and took care of the issue immediately. Great customer service recovery and it has convinced me to become a monthly subscriber. I used to live in Mooresville and frequented that location often. I think that Mooresville must use a different solution as my car always has a great smell when I left. No great smell in Waxhaw but I appreciate the willingness to make it right! Tia”
“Quick efficient wash. The vacuums has decent power to clean the interior. They also provide four bays to pull your vehicle inside to get out of the sun. Always clean towels to dry & clean your vehicle to your liking ?”
“UPDATED REVIEW. I takes a lot at my age to be taken by surprise, but Auto Bell has done it through a gentleman who takes his job very seriously. David Reep, Auto Bells Director Of Operations just called my cell phone to apologize for a few past errors at their Indian Trail location and wanted to make sure I’m still a customer. Ironically, I was just there shortly before he called!
Back to 5 stars for Auto Bell. THIS is the kind of grass roots cultivation it takes to keep a big business at the top. Kudos Mr. Reep!”

“I have gone to AutoBell for over 30 years here in Charlotte, NC. Whenever anyone moves to Charlotte I tell them there is no other car wash to go to that compares. Sure, you may get a really good wash somewhere else and occasionally Auto Bell might miss the mark. But, they are consistently very good, priced reasonably, usually friendly workers, and management is visible. I have subscribed to their monthly plan now for over two years; if it wasn’t worth it, I would not have renewed.”
