I came to autobell because I didn't want to go to Sam's and clean my car in the heat by myself...
I should have. I really should have. My dashboard is dusty and they DID NOT wipe the door panels. I have a few things spilled on them from things falling over and it's literally still there. The vacuuming is also sub-par. I spent more than I would have at Sam's car wash and now I'm still going to have to go to get it cleaner. Not sure if seats are part of the cleaning but they're definitely still dirty.

They ripped up the layer of felt in the little cell phone console, there is still dirt everywhere, spillage was not wiped from the cup holders.

On my way to sell my car, I rolled in to AB for the “full service”.
I remarked to the cashier attendant that “people can tell.,,”. He never heard that catch phrase. Now I know why. The “wash” had very little soap suds. I spoke to the lead in the detail area, and asked him about the service, as I am selling it.
I had to ask them to do the trunk (used to be standard.)
Spots were left on the hood and top. The door sills and mats didn’t get cleaned.
The car didn’t even “feel” clean. Like it was washed with water only.
VERY disappointed as Auto Bell was the place to rely on for a job done right.
I incorrectly figured that a $30 service plus $20 tip would have netted a better result.
My bad.
I had to go straight home and re-Wash my entire car.
I don’t expect any refund, or even a reply. I just won’t be back.
And yes, I will sign my name.

Inside vacuum backseat floor dog hair was not fully clean and inside front areas was not wiped as expected.

The employees here are on a par with Chick-fil-A and Publix, that is to say, excellent! Really paid attention detail and did a thorough job!

I have gone to AutoBell for over 30 years here in Charlotte, NC. Whenever anyone moves to Charlotte I tell them there is no other car wash to go to that compares. Sure, you may get a really good wash somewhere else and occasionally Auto Bell might miss the mark. But, they are consistently very good, priced reasonably, usually friendly workers, and management is visible. I have subscribed to their monthly plan now for over two years; if it wasn’t worth it, I would not have renewed.

Easy car wash, sometimes not as good as you hope it would but always better than washing the truck yourself. Prices are always being increased.
