“We were visiting the area from Canada and our SUV breaks were squeaking. We called and got in right away. The mechanic inspected the breaks and calipers and could not find a problem, he also took it for a test drive to make certain there was no safety hazard. After an hours worth of inspection he could not mimic or find the cause. I went to pay and since there was nothing wrong with it we were charged $20. I was beyond impressed with the service and beside myself at the cost as it's $150 for a break inspection where I'm from. Oh, I have to mention the the very kind and friendly lady that works the front desk, and the body specialist as they add to a welcoming atmosphere.”

“Was in a bad bind with a nail in my sidewall therefore I had to find a replacement quickly. I called this store since they are the closest and explained my issue to the mechanic (Rodney). He went back and verified they had the specific tire/size I was looking for.He understood that I was in a time crunch and wouldn't get there until right at 7 (closing hour for the tire center). Therefore he took it up front to the customer service desk in the main part of the store to assure that I would have it without delay.This individual needs a hefty raise in my opinion. I have never had a tire center go out of the way like this one did. Bottom line, he actually treated me like I mattered and did all he could to ease my problem. Thank you so much, and job well done!”
