If you care for your children's safety, do not send them here. My children were constantly sick. Employees there are too dense or just don't care. Yelling at children or addressing them an unsatisfactory way. Other rumors and such I heard but will not share without knowing if it is 100% true. They offer very little in return for the amount of money you are paying.

I’ve had children in daycare for over 10 years and 3+ of those have been at Wonder Years. First, no day care is perfect, but Wonder Years has done our family so well. Despite challenges like Covid, a flooded building & renos, they have cared for my 2 youngest like family, and even the oldest who never attended WY. We get photos and videos, constant communication, and you can’t beat the convenience. All of the providers and staff love the kiddos and it shows.

If you are wanting community-based family-centric care, this is the place. We feel at home. This summer they're doing all kinds of water days and field trips. Not as much red tape as the military facilities and such, but they KNOW your child. Secure check in/out, convenient if you live in ACC, reasonable rates, offer before and aftercare for school kids with transportation to/from. Love them.

There several kids that are turned away due to staffing issues after paying full tuition. Daycare also has opened up late on several occasions. Daycare isn’t reliable! Communication is horrible! Not putting families first!???

As a parent who took my son to work with me from 6 weeks to 18 months, you can imagine my struggle when choosing a daycare. Wonder Years made the transition easy. I get updated on everything he does throughout the day: how he naps, what he ate, etc. My son has been going to this daycare over a year now and he loves his teachers, and I know they really care for him too. He learns so much being at Wonder Years and it is by far the cleanest and most professional daycare in the area.

My child has been in WYACC since she was 6 months old. They have strict rules but after being with them for years, I see the reason for all of them. They always have the kids interest in mind and make sure it's a safe place and an environment of equal learning. They create activities and events for the kids and families and when families are una6to attend, they always make sure those kids are just as involved and engaged as the other kids. It is encouraged that parents are involved, even if only for 10 minutes, during stories or snack times. Come read a book to your child class or play outside with them. The Director always keeps families informed of programs for discounted rates for state, military or other opportunities for tuition. It is not only for the residents of ACC community but also to the public.

My son went to Wonder Years for 3 years. He had wonderful teachers every year that cared a lot about him and taught him so much. He is more than ready for Kindergarten now with the great education he got in his preK class. He loved the teachers, his friends, the food. I can highly recommend this preschool.

I love Wonder Years Anderson Creek Club, the staff is awesome A child always will let you know when they are uncomfortable or don't feel safe. My granddaughter loves her teachers and always looks forward to go to school. Our experience with the school has been positive. Thank you to the staff for making her feel safe and making our experience positive.

High turnover, poor communication, strict rules... I felt like our family was very unwelcomed and a burden. I felt very uncomfortable leaving my son here. The lead teachers in the infant room were amazing, but the directed and assistant director were difficult and unorganized.

They make money on the waiting list. It's the only place in the neighbourhood where they want money from you to be on the waiting list an then they can't even find your application form so you wait forever. And don't think that you'll get your money back if you find other place for your baby.

I worked for the center for 7 months I love working there but the current director isn't helpful at all she's fake I worked in the baby room and the office was next to the baby room the director would never come check on us to see if we needed at bathroom break we will have to yell out our room door just to go to the bathroom I will never work there again I liked all my co-workers, the owner is very helpful but she have her ways too I told her about an situation and she did nothing about it at all then the other thing I didn't like was we have to get our work schedule text to us everyday and lunch schedule was always changed couldn't never plan nothing on my break I think if they had another director it would run alot better I love the one on Cliffdale road I love Mrs. Melissa she so sweet

My experience with this daycare has been an arduous one. Unless you work for the military, this daycare probably isn't for you. They close for almost every holiday and early for Military training holidays. Yet, you still have to pay for the days that they are closed and/or your kid isn't present. This causes great strain on non-military affiliated single parents. Additionally, all caregivers are not adequately trained to work with kids with emotional needs. There are several caregivers there who are fantastic and a few who probably should retire as they don't have the fortitude to properly handle situations. Also, you are expected to give at least a two week notice to pull your kids from their facility, but they can end child care without any notice. Again, if you have "perfect" kids, are in the military, and live in the community this daycare probably is for you. There are cheaper choices within the area that are just as good.
