I have been using this pharmacy for years and the staff usually knows me by name and they fill my prescriptions in a timely manner and are ALWAYS friendly and respectful even when they are obviously very busy!

I can’t express how much I hate this pharmacy! Not only have I been given the wrong medication a few months back. They are very slow!!! Imagine waiting 30 mins in the drive through for them to tell you at the window your prescription that has been on for 3 days will take an hour to get ready. Then coming back to wait in another long line!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.I believe someone in the pharmacy maybe pocketing pills or they are very very bad at counting. After twice in a row of my prescription being very short, I confronted them and they told me there is nothing they could do. I was asking what I needed to do and they were very rude and brushed me off. I just wanted to know how I could keep this from happening again and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. I will be sending my prescription to a different pharmacy.

I came to Walgreens in Spring Lake to get my mother a shot at 12 now I would have understood if the nurse was on lunch break and if they would have told me this and to come back at 1 I would not have had a problem but they did not told me that the pharmacist would be administering the shot but we waited and I went up and asked how much longer because it was 12:45 and I had another appointment was told that she was coming in a minute she never administered my mother’s shot she had us to wait til the nurse came back from lunch this pharmacy is so slow at everything

Allowed my ex-husband not only to pick up my medication, which they decided to break up and dispense to me against the prescription recommendations, but also allowed him to change my phone number without my permission without any call or notification. Make sure that when you go pick your things up you let them know every time before your medication is due to be picked up. Do not let my ex pick up my medication. Do not let my ex change my phone number. Do not let do not let do not let clearly. You also have to tell them you are a pharmacist. You are not my doctor. Do not switch my prescriptions and do not switch my dosage amount. I don't care what your excuses are. This is unacceptable. This location needs to seriously do some retraining of their staff.

I never have issue at this store or pharmacy. Staff is always helpful and store is very clean. I find the negative reviews so odd….

I wish I could give it 0 honestly the rudest laziest staff. Constantly on their cell phones and ignoring the phones ringing off the hook its unbelievable do not come here for anything they suck. One tech in particular named Tameka is the worst.

Absolutely horrible customer service and rudest bunch of people at this location. They have no customer service skills at all and treat customers poorly. I can’t even believe they are able to get away with treating anyone the way they do. This will be my last visit here.

I have been given the wrong medication by this pharmacy three different times. No other pharmacy within two hours carries the particular medication I need so I can’t go to a different location or chain even. Thankfully, I know exactly what my medication is supposed to look like, but I wouldn’t trust them with any new medicine that I don’t know what its appearance is supposed to be because they can’t get it right.

Horrible experience every single time I have to visit the pharmacy. These women have a very bad spirit on them called the Jezebel spirit it’s one of the most powerful spirits in Stan’s army. These women come off as it’s called nice nasty but it’s very clear they are extremely rude and nasty no matter how they try to cover it up in poor professionalism. They over talk you they don’t listen they will not apply any discount to try and help you cover your prescriptions. I maintain my composure at all times and they still try to humiliate and provoke you to come out of your character. But being that I’m familiar with the Jezebel spirit I know it when it’s in front of me. My last visit to this pharmacy was definitely today.

I would give this place a minus if I could. The entire pharmacy staff is RUDE! The pharmacist acts like he hates the world. EVERY single time my husband has tried to pick up his prescription for chronic pain there has been some kind of issue that wouldn't exist if the staff knew what they were doing. Also, the pharmacy staff seem to enjoy making people wait just for the fun of it. There is NO reason to be the only person in line INSIDE, or outside for that matter, and have to wait 10+ minutes! The entire staff needs to be retrained, taught simple manners or better yet, FIRED!
