“Cross Creek Animal Hospital is awesome! They explain EVERYTHING, & take time to answer all questions & concerns. Their Staff is professional, but friendly. Looks like a great place to have a career. They are great at returning calls. You can tell they love their work, the pets/“patients,” & the pets’ families. Services for me are for my 3 cats. Time wise/scheduling, very accommodating. I highly recommend them.”

“I love Academy very much and recommend them to anyone who has furr babies no matter their age. Only thing is their pricing for neutering and spaying is too expensive but there are other avenues you can take the are much less. Still for regular services they are good.”

The team at Ambassador Animal Hospital understood that while we had come for an intake appointment as new patients, our little one that has taken ill takes precedence over everything else. “I was traveling from New Jersey to North Carolina to visit my parents with my 14 week old puppy. During my visit my puppy was attacked by a very big dog. I brought him into the closest Vet and they took him in right away. They took very good care of him. They were very thorough with his examination. The staff broke down all costs and went over everything thoroughly for that visit and reviewed what I had to do for my puppy, Luke, prior to surgery. They were very gentle with him (and he enjoyed the treats in the examining room- sorry guys Luke might of finished them off). The facility was clean. While I was waiting for my puppy to be examined they were also making sure I was alright and gave me bandages and supplies to clean my wounds I received during the attack until I went to seek medical treatment for myself at the urgent care down the street from them. Overall they were the sweetest and nicest. Surgery went well and Luke and I are back home in New Jersey and he is okay- just waiting on his follow up visit with his vet. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone who loves their pet. Thank you again for taking care of my puppy ?”
“The vet and the technicians were kind and gentle with my sick old cat. They accommodated my requests, making me and Cheo more comfortable. My only unhappiness was over how expensive veterinary care has gotten. Making an old animal comfortable in the last stage of his life shouldn't have to cost an arm and a leg.”
“Dr Miller and staff have been my Vet since1992. Longstory with how and why we found them. Ever so grateful my husband Nic stopped to check them out. He came home and told me we have a new Vet.
We are military and we have traveled and I have called from other states to be sure, the vet I had where we were living at the time was giving me the correct information.
I have had cats the majority of my life but I did have a black lab one time and they were every bit as wonderful with the dog as they were with my cats. I just adopted a mother and 2 kittens from the Hoke County animal shelter and we had our first visit today. I could not imagine ever going to another vet. Everyone, there is wonderful!!
They take their time with you and your furbabies. They understand those of us that have FurBabies, not just animals. All I can say is this is the best office ever for your FurBabies.!!!!!!

“I would give Dr. Chavis 5 stars for her friendly attitude and willingness to answer questions. Her staff is also courteous and the facility is clean and modern. I don't only have 4 stars overall because 1. They require a deposit before they will make a reservation and 2. They take your pet away from you for testing and you have to sit there and hear it make sounds of pain while you are not there to comfort it.”

“I did not get to go inside with my kitten because of staffing shortages. But everyone was extremely nice. The Dr called me to tell me all the details of my visit and gave me plenty of information on how to treat my little guy. They asked me a budget so I wouldn't go over which was a new one for me. If it weren't for the fact that I was not allowed to go in I would have given them 5 stars”

“I dont have a primary doctor for myselfyet since moving here, but I for sure have a vet! I was only going for an update on one shot, and since he was coming up on his yearly visit they asked if I wanted to just get it all done. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, Dr Cordova was amazing wth my boy Waylon also. The whole building is clean and well kept up. There is a nice large waiting area so the pets aren't crowded in with each other, and the exam rooms are nicely done. Its nice to not have to worry about getting the best care for your tiny sidekick. They have a patient portal where you can add all your pets info and get updates on when they are due for things. I had his nails trimmed and they did the best I have experienced in his whole little life. Really pleased, wagging tail approval from Waylon as well!”
“I have been very pleased with the training and personal interactions I have had with my tri-color rough collie, Kathel, and the owner and staff at River Run Dog Training. Kathel previously completed six weeks of puppy obedience class at Pet Smart, but I didn't feel comfortable that he really got what he needed. The four-week basic obedience class at River Run has been great! Lots of hands-on work for Kathel and me, but terrific demonstrations and coaching throughout the hour-long lesson. We're looking forward to continuing Kathel's training here an moving into agility.”

“Dr Dale Brown was amazing helping with my girl Prada. He did an Ultrasound on my Blue Merle Pomeranian, and was just as happy I was to see she has puppies! He was very gentle and welcoming, and made sure our visit was a in and out. He got me scheduled for a Xray to check on the pups at a later time, and made our first visit at RiverBark the best!”
“I wrote a review 4 years ago praising this place and to this day they still have my praises. I went to Petco 2 months ago to set up a fish tank and I would have to say I've been back at least 20 times between buying more supplies, having them check my water, asking questions, and even adding new tanks. Every single time I've come in they do not hesitate to help assist me. I would like to shout out to the employees who have gone above and beyond no matter how many times they have dealt with me. Jewell, Tyese, Jerry, Destiny, and Tavares thank you for caring for your customers and especially the animals. I have never been to a store that has employees who care about their animals and customers like Petco has. If you look at my photos you'll see everything is clean from the aisles stacked so nicely and neatly to the tanks and enclosures cared for. If I could give this place 10 stars I would because they truly deserve it. Great job Petco at having amazing workers and keeping them trained in animal care.”
