I DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE WITH MY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES. PACKAGES GETS LOST AND WHEN ITS TIME TO DO A CLAIM ITS A HASSLE. I AM TIRED OF GETTING OTHER PEOPLES MAIL THAT DO NOT LIVE WITH ME. I HAD 2 PACKAGES LOST ALREADY AND WHEN ASKED WHAT HAPPENED TO MY PACKAGES I SENT I ALWAYS GOT ITS STILL IN TRANSIT FOR 4 MONTHS? I DID NOT LOSE MY PACKAGE SO THE REFUND FOR THE INSURANCE SHOULD BE GRANTED WITHOUT A HASSLE.

Closing at 4:30pm when needing to ship packages after a long day at work can delay that delivery especially if you work out of town & if the post office is closed.. when that additional 30 mins (5:00pm) of customer care via USPS would really be appreciated to the ones that work near or out of town to all people that may require handicap assistance which is a time consuming process to be transferred.A dozen times since I've moved to Spring Lake, I've had to drive further to Fayetteville just to be able to ship an important package because the local post office was already closed. I always try my best to completely satisfy all & any buying customers that rely highly on the seller which I satisfy.. but the shipping delay has made me have to reach out to a few buyers so far about the time delay due to certain buyers strictly wanting an item shipped within 24-48 hrs but since I work out of town not to shy of 5:00pm (eastern time) it can be difficult at times when that is the closest but best shipment outcome, which us customers that rely on USPS daily to monthly deserve additional time imo. Thank you for your service.

The front desk workers are very kind and helpful. I have to send 10-20 certified letters for my job every few weeks which takes a while to process. The workers are quick and don't complain about the large amount of certified letters I have to send. I've been to several USPS locations across NC and this is the best one I've been to.

I don't see why this place gets alot of hate. But the people who work seem to be extremely caring.Pro:- fast efficient service- even the supervisor was working the customer service part- locationCons:- small- Long linesOverall I think it is a solid branch. My packages get mailed and handled well at this branch. Darrell is a solid knowledgeable dude.

Can' t even get info from you all about whether there is pickup on the 10th of November or not. No one ever answers the phone. The recording sucks, not helpful at all, maybe you need to be more helpful. Note I actually mailed a birthday card to someone 2 weeks before their birthday and they still have not received it and it is 10days after her birthday. And you still want your annual raises. What is wrong with this picture.

These people have always been good to me. I’ve been coming to this post office since 2018 and I dont have a single complaint. The 2 African American men that usually are working up front are really helpful, funny, and polite. They really make you feel like this is your post office. Keep up the good work gents.

I've received mail opened on several occasions. Why do open someone's mail that is not yours. The postal worker at this locations says its not the postal system because it would be bagged damage. I live in gated community with a locked mailbox. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Not sure why this location has such a bad review. This is my go-to post office and I've had great service every time. Curtis is usually the one working when I come, and he consistently goes above and beyond with his customer service. I always appreciate his efficiency and positive attitude!

My package today arrived open. And it was opened with a box cutter. I have cameras around my house and no one came to my porch to do it. Absolutely disgusting that USPS would open someone else’s package.

They keep sending my package to my town, and then back to this location. I have still not received my package after 3 days of the expected delivery date.

I lived in that area for 4 years and never had a great experience with delivery. I’ve had drivers deliver packages to the wrong door and that person opened the package and either gave it back or kept it. A driver delivered a weight set to the apartment office and I had to figure out how to get it upstairs to my apartment. He didn’t even notify me about that, the property manager did two days later. One driver would constantly flirt with the neighbor and property managers which delayed the delivery of mail/packages. Also had a weekend driver fake an attempted delivery stating he had no access to the door but someone was mysteriously able to deliver it the next day by walking up the stairs that were there the day before as well. He was just too lazy to deliver a package on Saturday at 6 PM because he wanted to go home instead of doing his job. In all those years, they kept delivering mail for previous residents, even though the name of the current one is listed inside the mailbox. I came back to get everything finalized after I already moved, and I saw that they ended up delivering more of my mail, even though I already put in a change of address months before and have been receiving mail to my current address. What sense does it make to put in a change of address or to have the name listed in the mailbox of the current resident if they are not even going to read? Overall very poor customer service and glad to be gone from this service area.
