“A problem developed with the car I purchased. I called the number listed for their maintenance department. They scheduled an appointment to diagnose the issues, ordered parts for the repairs and scheduled another appointment to install the parts. The service technician was amazing and the maintenance scheduler was as well. The proof of concept will be validated during my appointment next week. So far CarMax in Fayetteville is looking good.”
