I placed on online order and received it.. as I am a member. This trough was rusted and absolutely disgusting. Jeopardizing the integrity of the ability to hold water… I can’t believe anyone would have let this leave the store let alone be delivered to a customer. After days of sending photos to corporate someone FINALLY came to take the rusted bucket away… in exchange for another…. Still waiting for it to be delivered… corporate says they need someone with a bigger car…. Still zero communication from the store.They could learn A LOT from the Fuquay Varina store… this would have NEVER gone out to a customer… especially not for $114…. see photos below.

Helpful workers, very clean place BUT please check your expirations on animal food. I bought an almost 2 yr expired cat food and had to go back the next day to exchange it after noticing my cat having a change in her bowel movements.

My mom and I came in with our senior dog about an hour and a half before they were closing. We found out our dog had gotten into some poison ivy and we wanted to give him a nice bath. One of the employees was in the middle of cleaning the station but the MOD, Kylie, was very kind and asked Nick how far he had gotten into cleaning. We went back to bathe Noah and Nick even helped us lift Noah and gave us extra towels. Everyone was super kind and helpful in our time of need!

Aside from the rude employees this location is decent. Often I’ve come here and they not have what I needed though. Rude manager sets the environment for the rude employees. So makes sense why they are all rude. Or the fact that’s this location is in the ghetto. So that also explains the employees. Could just be their up bringing

came by to use the self-wash dog wash and it was pretty disorganized/messy and everything felt dirty and was covered in water, if it was more maintained it would be awesome

Love this store is closer to my home for my pet needs...Order online for curbside pickup and usually not long wait ... Friendly workers ... Saves me time ordering online when I need to get groceries also
