“Phenomal customer service and fast service. Went in today for two new tires (mounting and balancing) and had one of the old (still plenty of tread) mounted on spare. Also got wiper blades and new lug nuts. They even balanced the front tires again (though not purchased today) for free, completely eliminating some vibration that I was having that the ram dealer said was due to steering damper and tie rod (this was definitely not the case)... Thanks again guys.”

“The front desk lady was very nice and professional, she scheduled me an oil change appointment.
When it came down to the appointment, I arrived 10 min early, and a phone call came in. She was on the phone nonstop for 15 min…
I understand that computers are slow, and there are lingering customers on phone - but take care of those in FRONT of you - especially when there’s an appointment to be met (and checked me in late). Or ask for help from the back, or ask the customer on the phone to wait… but this serves a learning lesson to please apply common sense and courtesy for in-person paying customers.
Also, please don’t quote and under deliver. Letting someone know “about 20 min” to an hour is a vast difference. I can understand a grace period of 10-15min over, but an hour?! I might as well bring my lunch next time.
I do appreciate honoring the military, so I will give them another opportunity.”

I was concerned when a corporate entity bought out this local Ed’s Tire company, and when the longtime and super manager “Rock” retired. My experience with the newly changed ownership Ed’s calmed my fears and convinced me to continue to allow them to serve our auto repair needs, which zi’ve used since 1994! “We were returning to winston-salem after picking my grandson up from Fayetville State University. We were riding through the storm and hit something, and the front driver side tire blew out, and all my daughter had was a doughnut tire. We called for roadside assistance, and after the emergency tire was put on, we called to find another tire for the car. Each shop didn't sell used tires, but the website said they did. Someone recommended Bragg, and I'm glad they did since we were over 2 hrs away from home. He sells new and used tires. He came out and checked the tire size, went, and got the correct size and put it on. He said he had tires of all sizes. If I was ever in Fayetville and needed a tire, that's where I would go.
