I contacted Skyland Florist from Tennessee to order a Funeral Spray for my nephew who passed away unexpectedly. As I was very sad and tearful, I wanted beautiful flowers to place beside the table displaying the urn and pictures. I took them at there word the flowers would be full and not a small spray. Never knowing what will be delivered especially when you are not there to see. I was going to be at the Memorial Service and I must say the arrangement was beautiful, full of beautiful fresh flowers and large. I ordered the Warm Embrace. To anyone ordering flowers, I would definitely recommend Skyland as I was 100% satisfied. Thank you Skyland for keeping your word and taking care of me and my family at a sad time for us. I ordered the "Lovely Lady" for my wife and she absolutely loved it. Skyland paid attention to my special instructions and they went above and beyond for my order. Delivery was on point and on time. 2 stars for quick delivery and healthy flowers but otherwise the bouquet was arranged unevenly with flowers showing from one side only. I pulled the filler out so I could rearrange the flowers to be seen at all angles and realized most of the arrangement was actually just filler leaves. At such a high price point I would have expected more flower over filler.

This florist facilitated the process to get flowers delivered to our daughter who is disabled and lives several hours away. They contacted me when the initial delivery couldn't be accomplished and accomplished the delivery by taking the flowers out a 2nd time to another address. Lynnette was so compassionate and caring and on top of that, the flowers were fabulous!! Thank you Skyland Florist!!!

The staff at Skyland are kind, helpful, and talented. They built us the most beautiful arrangement to be placed on a memorial table. They called ahead to make sure what we requested would work well for it's intended purpose and made additional suggestions. They honored special requests for coloring and detailing and had our arrangement ready to go on time. They even gave us a bucket to help us carefully transport the arrangement. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to Skyland for years and this review is way overdue. They are the best. No one comes even close to beating their arrangements, flowers, our customer service. When you go in to Skyland Florist & Gifts you are immediately treated like family. The staff truly cares about you and your occasion.

I called asking about same-day delivery. The lady that I spoke with let me know that while they do offer it, it was too late in the day today to have it done. When she asked what I was needing delivery for, I explained that I was hoping to have flowers delivered to a family member congratulating him on his official retirement from the USAF. Without hesitation, she offered to deliver them herself at the end of the day on her way home.
I cannot express how much this kindness means to me. I wish I would have gotten this wonderful lady's name, because I want her to be recognized by everyone for going above and beyond for customers. Thank you to Skyland Florist and its amazing staff!

I gave the florist a price point and she did her own creative thing! The result was perfection! I couldn’t have been happier with the result. She hand picked the helium balloon, stuffed animal and fresh flowers for a vase for my one year old grand daughter’s birthday. The arrangement was beautifully assembled and delivered the same day I ordered it! Thank you for your care and attention! I will definitely be ordering flowers from you again?
