What a lovely night to leave a review. Let’s see where do we start? Travon is extremely rude disrespectful and unprofessional. He will tell you a good story and then lie about everything else. He had my car since June 13th and told me the job would be completed on June 21st. It is now July 2nd and my star is still not complete. He called my phone being loud and rude then when I went to the shop this afternoon he was extremely disrespectful. He tries to make it seem like he is the only that have something going on in life. I was supposed to leave a week ago and was unable to leave. I have to take my car someplace else to get it actually fixed. If you cannot fix a car in the time frame you give do not tell your customers that you can. This will not be the last time that he hears from me. Please go to all cameras and whatever it is that you have we will see who is right and who is wrong. Blessings

Mr. Travon is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I brought my car in for one thing and all of a sudden when they started working on it, everything possible started breaking down. Janky business dealing, very dismissive and rude

Very satisfied with the work they provided. I had them intall my spoiler and they did a very good job and a great price. Would go back if I needed other parts installed.

Really great costumer service! Definitely gave me a great price than other car body shops near the area. Really fast workers, I was able to get be my car back in 4 days! I would definitely recommend! And it’s looks like nothing happened to my car!?

Got into an accident back in february and had it back in May however despite the wait the staff was very friendly and patient with no issues whatsoever. amazing quality, amazing work, amazing crew. they say the best things are worth the wait and I was nothing short of impressed and amazed at the quality of work that was put in to getting me back on the road. 100% will be returning for any routine inspections and other various things needed but until then if you have any concerns about this auto shop fear not because these guys are GREAT!

No issues whatsoever. Had got crowded out of my travel lane & brushed/hit some orange traffic barrels that left more damage then a normal person would figure. Simmons did a great job @ a fair price in a day. Looks like new & they washed & waxed it. I recommend to anyone.

I had my fender painted, door painted and repaired, and rocker panel repainted. The price was what i expected and they did an amazing job on the body lines, paint, and service in general. They kept in contact with me and let me know about any issues and kept me well informed in general. They finished the car way quicker than i expected. 10/10 experience!!

Have you heard the phrase, "You get what you paid for?" Well, we didn't even get that! It has been just over 8 months and the paint is peeling off of the truck we had painted by Simmons Affordable Auto Care LLC. The owner refuses to acknowledge that the paint job was less than pristine. Let the pictures speak for themselves. The painter's tape was left on the inside door frame. Paint bubbled and dried on the edge of the hood. It is literally peeling daily above the windshield and on the passenger's side door. The truck bed has paint stains from it dripping during the painting process, Lastly, we opened the gas door, only to find it is still the original color of the truck. The sign says affordable, but in the end it will cost you more to fix whatever is done! Go somewhere else. Disappointed customer.....Mr.Richard BagbyService: Painting
