Customer service by the curly head manager who was training someone is the absolute worst like the nastiest attitude. I'm running late for work. I stopped to get gas. It takes forever to get the pump approved so I leave. and then she wants to throw her hands up at me at the window because I left her gas station like why are you angry? You took too long. I asked her what a problem was why she's throwing her hands up. I don't know what a customer did by driving off to deserve your hands being thrown up and she tells me she she approved me OK cool but it wasn't approved at the pump and then she tells me I need to take my time because it's not instant well. I know it's not instant but it's never been that slow before.. horrible, horrible horrible horrible customer service. Needs to be training herself.

Anytime I come here in the evening I get the worst customer service. Either she won't open the cabinet outside and closes it super early or like tonight she didn't even come and take my money. It's only when she is here that the service literally sucks. She sits on her phone and acts like she doesn't want to do her job. She is a waste of space employee

The black woman who works on Friday afternoon at 7 pm is very rude, racist, she didn't want to sell anything to 4 Latinos. I recommend not going to this gas station.

At gas station store number 2138 SHELL GAS STATION. THE LIGHT SKIN WOMAN WHO WORKING AT 6:39am have the worst attitude and mad for nothing. Bad customer service. All she was doing sitting. If you see a customer coming my first reaction is to beat them to the window with GOOD MORNING. HER NONE OF THAT. JUST UGLY ATTITUDE

They need to update their phone number! Was charged an extra $200 for gas! one phone number is disconnected and the other one stays busy! I know something was wrong it took the girl as the register so long now I know why!

So overall I've had great experiences here. The station is clean and well lit at night. Although you'll only have service through the window during the day, it is all automated at night. The Mrs fills up gas here all the time, and the pumps are pretty fast. They take Fuel Rewards so you'll save money on fuel. As for diesel, Shell always has good diesel but I am not sure if the diesel is cycled often. They also carry ethanol free gas as well. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I am not sure about the diesel.

I stop here frequently to fuel up. Always great and staff have always been pleasant. Love how well lighted and clean the gas station is.

Fuel is top quality, worth the extra expense. However, the diesel pumps are SLOW. Over 30 minutes to fill up a vehicle. It has been this slow for about 9 months. The rate is equivalent to $0.01 per second!

I love this gas station. The one problem I have is the lady that works in the store. I had to go pay for fuel and she opened the window a little bit. She seemed to have attitude because I had interrupted her counting cigarettes. Not cool. Show a little more customer service. At least smile. I believe her name is Deleasa. Thank you.

I would rate a no star really. The purple headed attendant was extremely rude, rolling her eyes multiple times. This was all because I tried to purchase a carton cigarettes which required her to get off her chair which was obviously a huge task. After being brought the wrong brand her attitude escalated so I decided to go elsewhere. I asked her for her name and she refused to me. Nice way to do business and I would try to send some secret shoppers through as she is the rudest I have come by in quite sometime.
