emcy service is*very difficult to obtain*. long story short, we've been customers here for around a decade with no issues up until now. Dr Jenny is fabulous... however, I took my baby in for detrimental bloody diarrhea (explosive actually) and had her stay overnight. I was told yesterday (11.10.21) her rectum had prolapsed and the normal procedure was done to put it back. I've spent all night repeating this procedure. I called the emergency line several times (more than 5). no answer. I call the emergency vet, and was told this needed *immediate surgery* but to **wait** until the vet reopened because they would be closed at 8am. I hope my baby doesn't die because of this inept breakdown of service for people's pets. I'll try to have my animals get deathly sick during normal business hours from now own. sorry to have inconvenienced you. Mel Porter. and yes... I put my name. I'm fkn pissed

I have been visiting here since my dog was 2 1/2 weeks old, he is 5 now, HIS NAME IS FITO. But I will never be back to this hospital because they are racists! They treat Hispanic and Black people as inferior. It's like they are doing you kind of a favor, instead of giving you the service you paid for! You will wait longer than White people for sure! It didn't used to be like this. I complained about the way they treat non-White people and it got worse. I'm not giving them the pleasure of treating me like this again, finito! Recommended for White people only, you'll be treated like a king/queen!

I am new to the area and needed to get to a vet quick for my dogs sudden uti. They were able to see her that day which was nice. The office is spacious and you get in and out pretty quick.

As a military family we have had so many vets and we are either not in a place long enough to establish a good patient/provider relationship or we don't end up having the best of luck and end up going to multiple vets. Riverbark is the first veterinary hospital we have considered staying with long term, we moved farther away from Ft Bragg to stay there and be seen by Dr. Jenny. She is patient, kind, compassionate and also reasonable and accommodating. We have never had a bad experience here and even though it is much further of a drive we would be willing to make the drive for the care we receive at this vet. My dogs are both very nervous and they do so well with the staff and Dr and it makes me happy they feel comfortable. We have yet to try the dog boarding however I know it is an option if we need one. I have heard good reviews from the people I know who have boarded there. I would give five stars but sometimes the schedule is a little booked out, lines are almost always busy and it can be crowded at times.

They are amazing every other vet I've ever taken my dog to I've been told the teeth extractions she needs would cost around 1000$. Dr. Jenny and her amazing staff got all my dogs teeth extracted for 400$ they saved her life!!! Best vets office I've ever been to.

I've ALWAYS had a great experience with my pups here! The many times one of my girls has needed to come here because she's been prone to infections, I've felt absolutely comfortable with all the stuff. The two young ladies up front are super friendly, the vet assistants are just as friendly and Dr Jenny knows what she is talking about. They are super family friendly and fast!

This place has the fastest service and the sweetest people!! I had to take our dog to his appointment but also had my 6month old in her stroller. I was literally a one woman circus haha but the receptionist helped me out with our dog and Dr. Jenny did her job super fast. I was out of there within 40 mins, which is a plus because it's a lot dealing with a dog and a baby in her stroller. Love this place so much!!!

Dr. Jenny is the best bet I have ever been to. She really cares about your fur babies as they were her own. I will never go anywhere else for our fur baby. Prices are great, the staff is always friendly and happy, and Dr. Jenny and her team surgeons are the very best. Thank you for all you do, we are very thankful to have a vet that's so amazing.

I took my dog there for boarding on Saturday along with my dog's vaccination records because my dog's records were up to date. The receptionist didn't even look at the vaccination records and never said anything about my dog needing any shots. When I went to pick up my dog on Monday the receptionist charged me for 2 shots that my dog didn't need!!!! I tried to explain to her that my dog vaccination records were up to date and I wasn't told she needed any shots when I dropped her off. The receptionist just looked at her computer and asked if I was going to pay using a Visa card. I was mad but I paid the fee because I wanted to get my dog back without any problems, but I did tell my wife about what happened and she was mad and immediately called the receptionist and went down there!!! Bottom line, my dog didn't need those 2 unnecessary shots and they refunded me but if the receptionist would've had great customer service instead of blowing me off the first time, my wife would not have gone down there in person to let them know she was REALLY MAD!!!

We take the care and welfare of our fury family members pretty seriously and finding others that will care the way you do can be a challenge. The place itself is awesome and designed for animals and the staff are always friendly. Dr. Jenny is hands down the most legit, down to earth, and realistic vet I've ever used. She'll tell it to you straight yet always puts the animal's best interest in mind first. Knowing they're the ones taking care of our family gives us complete peace of mind.

So after a less than awesome encounter at another veterinarian I brought my beloved old dog to Dr Jenny for a second opinion. I realize now it should have been my FIRST opinion. What an amazing, down to earth, realistic, and loving group of people. She is hands down the best veterinarian I have ever used. I won't go anywhere else for the life of my dog.

I have two rescue Chihuahuas. I took them into Riverbark Animal Hospital this afternoon to get their 1st rabie shots and nails clipped. They are 4 yrs old! They are terrified of humans!! The staff and the Veterinarian Jenny was absolutely remarkable with my dogs!!! For this veterinarian to be able to give them their shot, clip their nails and my dogs stayed calm is a miracle!! I, as their owner am very very grateful for your gentleness and care! If I could give 100 's I would!

Dr. Jenny and staff at Riverbark Veterinary Hospital saved my dog. They were able to see my dog within an hours time, performed surgery same day, took care of my baby over night and treated us both with the utmost respect and dignity. I couldn't be more thankful or appreciative for the quality of care they provided to my family. I think so highly of this facility. I trust them 100 percent, you should too.

Let me start by saying January 26 2019 was a very upsetting day for me and my family. I woke up that morning and noticed my cat was very lethargic. I took my cat to riverbark veterinary hospital when my husband and I checked in we explained that my cat was unresponsive I told the clerk that my cat was dying. She responded you have 5 people ahead of you, you can take him to an urgent care to be seen. I asked her for the number for the nearest facility I called Animal urgent care of Fayetteville on sycamore dairy rd the clerk stated it was a 2 hr wait. Didn't have time to take my cat there, so my husband and daughter waiting I couldn't stand to watch my cat just die so I left. My husband and daughter waited for about an hour while my cat just laid there and died. The clerk showed very little sympathy or concern, wow how disturbing I can definitely say I'd never recommend this place to anyone. I'm pretty sure those 5 people ahead of us walked out with there pet. Would it have hurt to just have looked at my cat?
