They were able to schedule me a few days out and were right on time with their estimated time to completion. I am pleased with how well they communicated start to finish, and the work that was done. Con: Was offered tire rotation. Upon checking out rotation was not completed and I had to ask why as opposed to being informed when it was discovered that a tire needed to be replaced. But the young lady did price tires for me. ?”
“The best place in all of North Carolina to go! I promise you won’t be disappointed and I would never take my vehicle or recommend anyone else for anything! I mean literally anything you got going on and even things you don’t know you have going on, places that tell you oh man you gotta take that to the dealership, nah this man will take his time and figure out whatever is wrong and fix it and I mean fix it not rig it. His prices are so crazy low for the amazing work he does and everyone I know that comes here is always coming back, the one thing I will say is that he is so good that he gets a lot of business so I always get in touch in advance so I don’t have to wait at all, but if it’s an emergency he will get you fixed up regardless and yes I’ve seen him drop everything to help someone in a jam with emergencies and didn’t stop until the car was good and he is always making sure to charge you the very least with doing the absolute best and no cutting corners for repairs. Man if you need a good mechanic you need to at least come by and check him out and you’ll end up a faithful customer too. I should’ve been put this up but I never really thought about it until now and I wish I would’ve done it sooner. Can’t beat it and I will never go anywhere else and that’s even with my Audi.”

His employees were friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful explaining what kind of products that Take 5 had to offer. This experience will give me the opportunity to tell my friends and family to come to Take 5 and get royal treatment from Troy and his employees. I will come back for future oil changes.”

The only thing I'd change is the waiting area- it's so small & you definitely want to be able to sit inside once it starts getting hotter. They do offer cold bottles of water, so that's nice.”

Then I got locked out my car and Thomas ( like the toy train ?) helped me for about 40 minutes to try and get me back into my car! I appreciate him so much for going the extra mile to help me out. “Must Read! Okay so I know many customers do miss the old owners of this place, I do too! However!!!! This place is still an awesome and worthwhile place to get your oil change. The techs and managers here are super helpful, kind, and considerate. They will make sure they help you at every turn. They work very hard to get the job done. I come here all the time for my oil changes, and refuse to go anywhere else. Today, Tatis and Tori, did a phenomenal job on my oil change for my father's 03 Lincoln Town car. Checked the tires PSI, executed the oil change with care and checked other fluids and items that was needed.Look here and read!
