DO NOT TAKE YOUR UNIFORM HERE!!! At drop off, the woman at the register argued and had an attitude with me about how the patches should be laid out and they "do uniforms all the time". I pointed out that air force and army are different and they still didn't follow either with any of the patches. Both patches are not spaced like asked and the name/branch patches are not level by more than a quarter of an inch, which was visible to the naked eye.
We had to take the uniform to a different place to be fixed. Horrible customer service and quality of service, will not be returning.

We took our children's bjj gi's to have patches sown on. We gave them the exact measurements of where the patches should be sown on, and they pinned the patches to the gi in the right spot. When we picked them up, the patches were moved down double the distance requested. When we asked to have them corrected, they said it was our fault, that we gave them the wrong measurements. They made us re pay for the correction. Will never be going back.

Asked to move button. I paid extra for an expedited service. I should have checked before I left but was in a hurry. My button was never moved. They left the safety pin in!

My teenaged daughter is in the local high school's JROTC; I had to take the initiative to find her uniform so that it can be cleaned, I am grateful that they took it on short notice so it can be cleaned, and it was ready the evening before her uniform inspection. Great, reasonable price, everyone I spoke to in there were very nice and understanding. I Will be a repeat customer from now on and not just for a uniform, but for anything else that needs to be dry cleaned! Thank y'all!

I am never disappointed with Monarch. The quality of their work is top notch, prices are so reasonable, and their customer service is second to none. Most recently, they were able to help me get a preshaved beret, flash, and crest ready to ship in record time. Words cannot express how much I appreciate their excellent service.

They sewed rank on my uniform that was not scorpion patterned. Then told me the Army is changing to that. (They’re not) and Never-mind the fact that it was completely different than the other patches. I said, I didn’t want it, they could just cut it off and not charge me for the rank. They refused. Said they couldn’t refund me. Gave me a bunch of excuses that had nothing to do with me as to why they had those particular patches. Eventually talked to the Asian lady in the back and she said she’d fix it. Never going back there again. Not a customer focused business.

Worst service EVER! Do NOT use the SPRING LAKE location. I recently moved from Ramsey street area to Spring Lake. I purchased a Patrol Cap with the requested rank of CPT but received SFC. The mistake was made by the Ramsey street location, upon taking it back the next day, Seamstress wasn't available and I was asked to go to another monarch, no problem. However, I went to the Spring Lake location and return the brand new hat with the wrong rank. I dealt with a middle age white female, that did not give me her name. The Spring Lake rep called their Ramsey to verify the story and purchase. All was verified. I did have the brand new hat for a couple of months, wasn't in a rush to drive 30mins to Ramsey for a $4 correction, plus due to Covid I'm not in uniform. Either way, the rep stated since it had been over a week, I needed to PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! To add insult, when I attempt to repay for their mistake she states she wants me to come back the next day...Despite me watching her change two other ppl rank on the spot!!! Ppl that came to the store after me. Terrible service! I'm sitting here in complete disbelief! Then she proceed to ask me if I needed now, I told her not at this moment but I refuse to waste another day or minute attempting to pay and correct this companies mistake. She states a just a worker that doesn't fix mistakes of their other locations, despite verifying their mistake! If she was going to do nothing, she should have not bother calling the other store! A worker that makes false accusation and fails to READ! She's was extremely unprofessional! My last visit. She need customer service development. They need to get rid of her, she will run customers away with her smug and rude attitude, she treats blacks like liars and thief’s; despite acknowledging wrong! Made very condescending comments. That “you all want things for free” and that “you could be a liar” again despite her verifying her companies mistake! Unprofessional and insulting! My husband and I will never do business with monarch as long as she’s there! This may be just a isolated incident and a reflection on just her character but she represents their business and morals.
