I picked up a moto g stylus 5g for my girlfriend today and the service was top notch. The sales person answered all the question I had and before I knew it, I was walking out the door. I would recommend this Metro store to any one, thanks for the service.

Laura is the most disrespectful and difficult person I've had to deal with. I went to get my account number and she acted if it was the most difficult thing to do. Then after I wad given the incorrect account number. I had to return to get the correct one, instead she became very combative about it. I had to call customer care and have them tell her to give it to me. After an hour of back and forth. I finally got the correct account number

Where is customers work at spring lake ain’t open by 10 in the morning; I’m waiting for the 25 minutes.. they ain’t get call up to that.

Do not go to Metro. From the start I have had problems with my service and phone. Regretting switching to them and will very soon be switching from their service.

I found it very unprofessional of the gentleman working at this location to bad mouth another store. So, i brought my friend to get a phone at this location since it was closer for her because I went to Sanford to get my phones the rep here at the spring lake store they gave my friend a case for 15 and told me the sanford store charged me the wrong price which was $40 i called the rep at sanford store and the regular price for case is 40 but they can use a discount if they chose to and they are seperate owners i dont like how the spring lake rep lied to try to get more customers or to make the sanford store look bad. will not be going back to this location.

I switched to metro and i am so happy about it. I don't know why I stick to Boost so long time. The lady was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend it here.

I normally don’t write any reviews but i had to do for this store. I called a couple of stores to get some information and not all stores answered. Some of them, they didn’t try to answer all my questions. I was frustrated and was about to find the different company. This spring lake one was my last hope. The lady answered all my questions patiently. She was so friendly and i am so happy with my stylo and love the service. I will go back to this store for my kids.

Trash employees need a new training on how to treat/talk to their spending customers i had to drive all the way to the Sanford store just for them to tell me i couldn’t order a replacement because i purchased the phone at the spring lake store

I will never go to this location again. I went to another location and was able to leave with what i wanted and the other location was friendly i went and complained to the Sanford location and they said they have been getting similar complaints so idk but i can only speak with my experience but i will not come to the spring lake location ever again unless they got ew staff that were actually nice!

i came to this location to switch from crappy Boost Mobile. im so happy that i came to this store the customer service was outstanding! i have never experienced such great customer service. store was clean a smelled wonderful..... i strongly recommend this store you wont be disappointed!!! Great staff. Great prices, Great service
