The staff at this hotel are WONDERFUL!!! All 3 of the front desk staff that we met and the breakfast cook are great people! Breakfast was delicious and coffee was fresh!*Please note if you are sensitive (MCAS or otherwise) this hotel is renovating. But, if you’re not sensitive enjoy! Very clean and well maintained!

Although the hotel is in the process of being updated and our room was nice and mostly clean. The location is terrible.Not only is the town already a fairly unsafe area to visit, you may get your vehicle broken into and any left behind belongings stolen. There are no cameras at the hotel, so don't worry they'll be zero help. And they won't be apologetic to what happened on their premises.I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to its location and what seems to be a consistent habit of crime in the area.I was told another vehicle had its catalytic converter stolen off just the night before.So just be warned, the area is sketch. The day time staff could care less.Safety: Although you do have to have a room key to access the hotel after a certain hour, I would not feel safe alone, unarmed in the parking lot.No cameras.

Remodel is underway, but do you have to start at 7:00 AM and allow workers to have a boombox blasting music too.Yes, there was a small note on the Hilton app, but when you have occupied rooms on the same floor you should be more respectful to your paying customers.

Rooms: Clean and this location is being updated so rooms are new.Nearby activities: Axe Throwing and close to shops and restaurantsFood & drinks: Breakfast was decent different protein everyday. Good coffee and it’s always available.

Everything seems to be updated and modern. Pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite. Breakfast had a great selection and good coffee. They had a wonderful hot chocolate spread which the kids enjoyed making. They also allow pets, didn't smell like it. We would recommend and rebook!

I’ve had the opportunity to stay at this location twice in two weeks for a number of days. Everyone I’ve encountered has excellent customer service and makes you feel welcomed, comfortable and valued. While the hotel is under renovation, the customer service makes up for it tremendously. I will be returning and I recommend others that may be traveling in the area to this location as well.

This is a nice hotel, with a location so close to Fort Liberty/Bragg I would not have been surprised by weekend noise from the soldiers but there wasn’t any. The wife and I have stayed here 3 different weeks and have had the same level of service each time. The rooms are nice sized and staff is very friendly/helpful.

We stayed here lastThursday night. It was probably the best Hampton we’ve ever been it. The front desk was so awesome, smiled, and helpful. We enjoyed the out door pool for about 2 1/2 hours. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn to everyone. Also had a delicious breakfast buffet, even though the sausage was a bit spicy for me. They even refilled blueberries for me.

Very poor experience dealing with the person at front desk at check-in. To be a long time Hilton Honors and Diamond member, this was very, very disappointing.After that though everything else went well, just wish it started out that was also.Rooms: Two bedroom Suites with the two queen beds and pull out couch are very spacious and comfortable.

Stayed one night with the Hampton Inn last night and I was very pleased. The rooms, dining area, and pool area were all clean. I wish I had asked for the name of the front desk associate that checked us in, he was great. Anything that we needed he took care of it. I struggle with hotels actually, I always clean a little when I first arrive. I also usually Lysol the beds, pillows, and shower curtain, but I didn't have the Lysol this trip, but I was surprisingly okay. My hotel anxiety ( which increased after COVID) forces me to research every hotel, so I try to choose newer hotels when I can to avoid rust and dirty, dusty, corners, lamps, light switches and phones. There was a little corner dirt, but it wasn't too bad at all. You could tell it was due to cleaners mopping and it just built up over time from the moisture in the corners, that happens in bathrnooms sometime. There was one thing I was worried about, one of the blankets had some stains on it. Perhaps it was coffee that didn't come out in the laundry. Sometimes, those type things get missed because housekeeping has so many rooms to take care of and it may have gone unoticed because of the duvet cover. I called the front desk to ask for a trade and went down to meet him, he gladly got me another one, although he was the only staff on duty, he multitasked well. After the blanket thing, I said a prayer over everything ( since I was without my trusty Lysol), showered, and rested. The hot water got hot really fast also, which was nice. This morning the breakfast attendant had everything laid out so nicely. She had a variety of options, something for everyone, turkey sausage for me, sugar free syrup for my husband and Smuckers for my son. This is the first hotel I've seen that is doing a hot breakfast like this since the pandemic calmed down and I would know because we travel a lot ( military). I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Hampton Inn- Spring Lake.

Hands down the best Hampton Inn I have stayed in. The breakfast tasted like it was all handmade with love. It's the little things and this hotel provides those things that really pushes it above all others.

A clean hotel with a decent beds, clean sheets and towels makes all the difference. Well done. The hallways were clean and clear, the elevators worked. The staff are friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was workable with some choice, overall, a good place to stay I would stay again.

I booked this hotel as we were moving from Texas and would need a decent place to stay for 10+ days as we waited for our household goods to arrive. We had a king sized room that was very large and well appointed. The hotel is newer and very quiet. The location was perfect for us as we did not want to be in a super busy area and it was easy to get to everything we needed. The only con for me was the lack of laundry facilities on site, otherwise, it was perfect!
