Be careful what you buy here will not refund you your money. And cashier was extremely rude about it as well.

If I could give it a zero I would. The assistant manager, he said his name was John Spears, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way he treated myself and my son who is 16 years old, who I sent to the store because I was sick and unable to go was threatening, provoking, and inappropriate. His behavior was unacceptable. That is not how you should treat people, let alone a minor. He should be fired for his behavior. He laughed at my other son and gossiped with another customer when asked why he had to leave his personal belongings at the front counter. He said my son should not have asked why because "it's store policy". He said "how irresponsible of me as a parent to let my son come into the store unsupervised", when legally my son is responsible and of age to drive. When I asked him if he tells all woman with big purses to leave them at the front of the store he said yes, which is a lie, because I had a big bag with me, and so did several other women in the store. Also, that is not a store policy according to a corporate employee that I spoke with from Family Dollar, so again he lied and made judgement based on my son's looks alone which is discrimination. He said this all while yelling at me in a threatening tone. He refused to have a civilized conversation with me, he just yelled at me and demeaned me as a parent. I have lived here for 11 years and I am a frequent shopper at this store and have never been treated this way. I will never go back to that store again and will inform everyone I know not to shop there until he his removed from his employment. I have also taken steps to report him to the district manager for his inappropriate conduct.

Be careful what food items you buy. Their beef broth specifically they had stocked up was all expired for 3 months. And I’ve gotten bread from here got home and it had mold on it from being expired. If they need to work on anything it’s making sure food items aren’t expired and harming people.

DON'T BUY ANY ELECTRONICS INCLUDING CHARGES FROM HERE.Even with the receipt, in the original box and all.You STILL CAN NOT RETURN IT! EVERYONE get their money,besides you if the product doesn't work! The employee was RUDE as heck,for me even asking the same questions and rolling his eyes just for me asking a question.Manager on duty didnt do anything! The other employees customer service is definitely better..!

I like Family Dollar they have a little bit of everything and the prices are reasonable I was able to get a gift back together for a friend
