I made the mistake to going to someone who fixes computers/tablets for a side hustle who botched my son’s tablet even more - the charging port needed replacement and he damaged the screen leading to more trouble, and lied about it (beware of Anthony Moore).
Anyway, my tablet ended up in the hands of John and the team at Computer LLC. They took great care of the tablet and fixed it right up after all of the issues from the previous attempts made by another party.
Their customer service was AMAZING! I cannot say enough. They have worked a couple of devices for my family now.
