When I walked in there was a young guy at the register. I did my shopping and went to the front but he was gone. Stood at the front waiting patiently. After a few minutes I stood in front of open office door and said hello? No answer. I said it again. No answer. So, I stood on my tippy toes and looked down each aisle until I saw 2 employees (older white women) stocking shelves. I again said excuse me and hello very nicely. No answer. I said it louder. They had to have heard me. A guy walked in and saw that I was trying to nicely get their attention. So, he said loudly, "Hey, anyone working up here or is everything free?" I was still looking at them and the one woman got up, rolled her eyes, and started walking to the front to finally help me.

I stop in here a few times a month. Jordan was my cashier two different times today. There was such a friendly happy woman working with him. There's another big guy I see regularly, although not today specifically.
This staff is EXCELLENT!
I appreciate their friendliness. Attentiveness... And definitely how personable they are at check out.
The store is always stocked and so clean.
I really love being able to come in here knowing it will be a great experience. ???

I worked at this DG (until yesterday), so I may be a little biased, but I feel that the 5 star rating is warranted.Unless you've worked in a similar place, you have no idea what the employees go through on a daily basis...The employees at this DG, in particular, go out of their way to help the customers.I guess I'm writing this review because I think awareness is vital to understanding exactly why a customer may have to wait at a register for a minute or two:That cashier who is hurrying to get to the register is probably doing one of the following:1. Unloading stock2. Stocking shelves3. Inventory of deliveries4. Pricing/hanging stickers for the deals of the week5. Cleaning the sales floor, bathroom, etc. (sweeping, mopping, placing signs for safety, etc...)6. Picking up all of the discarded merchandise that has been placed in the wrong section/aisle/area7. Fixing a problem with the registers (basically working as a computer fixer)8. Ensuring the loss prevention from theft is being accomplished9. And so many other things...When someone gets hired for this job, they aren't "just" a cashier... they end up wearing 10 different hats while only getting paid for one job.Be considerate. Be kind. Be decent.Because the employees and manager at THIS DG truly work their tails off to bring you a clean store, reliable service, and a stellar attitude for you, the customers.

Absolute most amazing DG I have EVER BEEN TO. The staff are overwhelmingly kind. The store is immaculate. The Buffalo Lake Leadership could take a page out of this team’s book on how to keep customers. They have gone to “the back” to look for items if it said it was in stock (and found them). They have helped me with my purchases ensuring my coupon matches the item. They take time to get to know the regulars and value their opinions. I pass 2 DG on the way to this one and won’t stop till I’m at Ray Rd DG. Please send my sincere thanks to this team. They are hard workers in a difficult time and take their work seriously and compassionately.

nicest, cleanest, most well put together DG I have ever been to. The staff are overwhelmingly kind. I'm a big time couponer and I have sat on the floor of this store to re-gather myself if something was wrong with my coupon app and felt like I was at home. The inventory count to the app is impeccable. One day, the app said thr store had the item but it wasn't on the shelf. One of the employees saw me searching for it and asked what I was looking For, she went to the back and got it! It had just came in on a truck! I will NEVER use another DG for my every Saturday shopping spree. Please understand, I've been to 100s of DG's and NONE compare to this one! They even help me break down my receipts if I ask them to!

Not that great as far as customer service. The employees stood shoulder to shoulder away from the registers kind of forcing you to use self checkout while acting like security. The system isn't really user friendly compared to other checkout formats either. When their was glitch the employee was delayed getting there and had an attitude.

I love this store and location. The employees are so kind and caring. I prefer to be seen by a cashiers, don't care much for the computer operated cashier. Keep doing a great job amazing people.

I’m not the kind of person who cares if the employees with AirPods or not but the least you can do is have your self checkout open if you’re not gonna have cashews ready to get me I shouldn’t have to wait 2 to 5 minutes to check out for a couple waters check

Staff has been super kind every time I’ve went, would strike up friendly conversation with you, and makes sure your shopping was good. The store is kept clean and it’s stocked well.
