I'm a little late on my review but let me tell you ,this is the place to go for your new phone service.Harold the manager is not only helpful but reliable, and the assistant manager was very professional and got me in and out of there fast. 12 out of 10

Harold at the Cricket store in Spring Lake NC is THE TRUTH!!!! You need to get you a Harold in your life. He got me so right! He was able to save me so much money and every obstacle that I ran into, he got me straight. I now have 4 lines PLUS a line for my daughter’s iPad and I’m actually paying less than when I had just 2 active lines. He aims to HELP you save money. Plus he has a GREAT personality. Go see Harold and tell him I sent you!

I would just like to say that the customer service at this store has always been great, even just window shopping to see if there are any good deals. I came in browsing and Josh assisted me answering all of my questions. I came back the next day and he ported over all 4 of my lines. Josh is an asset to this company. He is kind, very knowledgeable and quick at getting customers serviced, satisfied and out the door! Great Job JOSH!!

Update:been on the phone since we left the store and the customer service rep stated we needed to go back to the store to have her waive another activation fee that we will need to pay if we want to transfer our old number. We also went to another location and was told the stores aren’t linked. No one with this company has been able to help.Feb. 5 around 1600. Wish I knew the customer service reps name at this location that day. Horrible experience and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We walked in to get a new service for our phone and the girl with a ton of charm bracelet mentioned she’s from the reaford rd location and sits in her car because she can not take the smell…We proceed with the purchase after confirming our phone is unlocked. We paid $100 to get a phone activated then she mentions and this is your new phone number. Both of us were taken back and just looked at her considering that is a major piece of information that was left out. We questioned why that was never mentioned to us before the purchase and in response she told us it was common sense, that “it is what it is”, that we have a new number, and to call our old company to release our phone number after we already set on the phone with Verizon for 40 mins after the cricket store rep with the brackets told us to come back after we know for a fact that the phone is unlocked. So that’s what we did. She said if Verizon hasn’t released the phone number then we still have it but if not then it is what it is. After we tried to explain how neither us have work at a phone company and that it was her job to explain how her job works for us to have the best service she continued to get defensive. We also tried to explain that changing a number is no minor piece of information. Our number is attached to businesses account. She began to rush us and fuss with us back saying you have a new number and to call to get our old one back. It was embarrassing to watch the customer service of this business. Now we have to call the old phone service company and the new phone service company to get everything figured.
