It was a really nice hotel Raphael was a super sweetheart I was in so much pain when I checked in and I had a separate reservation for the next day and he helped me so I wouldn’t have to worry about it the next day. I was worried that the beds would be bad due to other reviews but the were just right.

My family and I came into courtyard spring lake to check on the availability, I was informed by Mr. Robert at the front desk, that he didn't have any rooms he didn't give up until he found up a room in the area, we really appreciate his help very good customer service, I would recommend the hotel that he work in to all of my friends and family to stay at that hotel for the wonderful customer service. I would pray someday he would oversee the chain of hotels, and did get a room at the Hampton hotel

So what is the situation here-
Room was ok, the check-in was somewhat dry/could improve the kinder ways...helpful, but just ....if you know what I mean.
The breakfast was not included, prices were a gouge-fest for everything, no hot coffee/water/tea....spartan, sparse, meager and limited- clean enough....but really minimalist in the offering....how cheap can things be when there is no coffee in the morning (or on the one day they did, with late arrival of the "only chef"- it was full of grounds and luke-warm).
Room cleaning- not informed, but then later (when I asked) is on a 3 day cleaning operation....really...pay daily....no decent services...and have to ask if you want it done daily....we pay for a day.....probably expect a day-by-day cleaning....possibly, or at least be informed at check in of the operations/policies.
Tired, minimalist and in need of an injection of some brightness in the operations generally.
My thought...possible recommendation is....try another/learn if there might be better....in the area...do your research...this is pretty beat up/tired, and struggling....

My son and I stayed here for the second time while on business / pleasure in Fayetteville. Like last time all the employees we met (except Brandon MacDonald – the manager - Avoid him like the plague) were professional, courteous and friendly. I’ve stayed at many Marriotts, and they seem to have figured out how to properly run their establishments.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, pleasant décor, and the Bistro has good food and drinks but limited hours. There needs to be coffee available when the Bistro is closed. Both of our stays were consistently good. The location is good for Fort Bragg and getting around Fayetteville. We'll be back again the next time we're in Fayetteville.

I'm a Platinum member. On March 15, 2024 at 11:30 pm, I checked in and I was given keys to Room 434, which was already occupied by someone else. I had to come down with my bags to the reception. The receptionist argued that Room 434 was not occupied and wouldn't give me another room. Only after the guest from Room 434 came down to the reception and verified that he was staying in Room 434, the receptionist gave another room. In the morning, on March 16, 2024, I was woken up by fire alarms in the hotel room. I decided to checkout as quickly as possible due to the noise. Unfortunately, I was not able to take a shower because there was neither hot nor cold water.

Wonderful experience!!! I booked my stay from March 22-24th. It was great, they had exceptional guest services! The rooms were clean and the staff were very polite. The receptionist that was in the lobby Robert was extremely attentive, polite and helpful!! He made sure my family’s stay was comfortable, greeted us with a warning smile during our whole stay. House keeping kept our room clean, and made sure we had fresh towels and bedding!!

As a lifetime ambassador, this is the only location I’ve found where the food service closes early and unannounced. As a busy professional you tend to rely on the available meals located at the hotels, but when your understanding is that they close at 10, you arrive at 945 and learn that they closed early, it’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating. All the while, the food service staff are twiddling their thumbs in vicinity of the area, looking at you hoping that you will go away. Now instead of spending my time working on a time sensitive project or studying in my room, I must dedicate precious time to finding food on my own.All the staff here are friendly, but because of the unreliability of the food service, unfortunately this is the last time I’ll be staying here unless this is fixed. If you’re closing early call it takes is an announcement to the guests. It’s not that difficult.

very nice and spacious room! the bed wasn't my style, but hotel's never are!My biggest issue was walking into a 63° room in February! it took a bit to get the room to a comfortable temperature!

I'm going directly to the breakfast!!! This food belongs at the Ritz-Carlton! Don, the cook, is awesome! He cooks and excellent meal and actually brought it out to our table. Shakera was a sweetheart at the counter Everything else was good!

Book my room thru the App and everything was flawless. From the warm Reception to Bistro and the Chef. The service was amazing. Definitely a recommendation to all visiting the area.
