It was a really nice hotel Raphael was a super sweetheart I was in so much pain when I checked in and I had a separate reservation for the next day and he helped me so I wouldn’t have to worry about it the next day. I was worried that the beds would be bad due to other reviews but the were just right.

Robert was exceptional at his job. The customer service was great. Asked for a repair to my shower and it was fixed immediately
