Staff is friendly.Breakfast is very limited: No options for gluten or dairy intolerance.Room is spacious. It has a regular size fridge, it has cabinets and a cook top stove and microwave. But it has no pans, plates or anything. In other words, just empty cupboards. But this facility is totally rundown. It needs cleaning and upkeep. Looks like there's no one maintaining it. I found large roaches in the hallway too. Never cleaned room or changed bedclothes even when I called asking for it. Had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. Would NOT recommend or stay again. Ugh.

My husband is an amputee in a wheelchair so having a roll in shower with a wall mounted bench (which are rated to 400lbs) is a MUST. The photos on the website show the roll-in shower as having a bench so we booked here. When we arrived, it not only did NOT have the bench, it had a cheap plastic shower chair with a crushed seat and rickety aluminum legs. THESE CHEAP CHAIRS ARE UNSAFE AND A SERIOUS FALL RISK. I doubt a child could have sat on it without it collapsing. Also the showerhead was handheld but mounted 6' in the air out of reach of a person seated in a wheelchair. He had to make due with a metal folding chair from Target, but also not ideal for someone without a leg to transfer to from his wheelchair. Another issue, and a serious one in there was only ONE wheelchair ramp and it was not by the door closest to our room. It was around back of the hotel. The door closest to our room had NO RAMP and NO HANDICAP PARKING. And once we got up the ramp, which was narrow and had no handrail, the sidewalk to the door was so steep, my husband almost fell backwards in his chair trying to reach the door. The hotel wasn't the cleanest or in the greatest area. The POOL WAS SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. And it is NOT a Comfort Inn & Suites (except for how expensive it is). It is a not-so-quality Quality Inn. Book elsewhere if you can.Safety: UNSAFE SHOWER CHAIR IN HANDICAPPED ROOM. RAMP UNDAFE. POOL CLOSED BY HEALTH DEPT

They hardly do room service even when you request it. Stayed for over a week and didn’t get room service til the last day when I requested it over 3x. The staff up front is really nice but other than that this place is ok.

Stayed for a couple of weeks and the staff was phenomenal, both day and evening. Onsite laundry was a bonus that easily makes up for the closed pool.
