The facility's location, just outside Fort Liberty Gate 18 Manchester is incredibly convenient.What truly sets Cardinal State Storage apart, however, is their exceptional customer service and Military friendly. The staff demonstrated both kindness and understanding when I found myself in a tight spot. Due to the arrival of a newborn baby and PCS house hunting, HHG delivering..., I overlooked sending a move-out notice in a timely manner. Upon explaining my situation, the staff at Cardinal State Storage took a compassionate and flexible approach, offering me a full refund.Without a doubt, I will turn to Cardinal State Storage again if the need arises in the future.

The spots to store cars are nice and wide with fabric preventing agricultural growth. Compared to other similar storage locations the price to quality is excellent. I would highly recommend and we are likely to use them again for storage needs.

They sold my stuff while I was away during training. Don't risk it with this place. It's also built on a flood plain and I previously had lost half my things while I was away. No heads up warning phone call before the creek next to it flooded from the base and wiped out the half the place.

I used this storage center for over a year and my stuff was completely intact and safe the entire time till move out. Every time I called for help or information they were BEYOND helpful and guided me through any questions I had. Rachel was super understanding and accommodating to helping me over the phone with my move-out processing even with me being in another state at the time. It was super appreciated and I highly recommend this storage center to anyone in the area!!
