I came in to have a broken card replaced. Malika helped me and was such a pleasure to deal with! She was friendly and personable. She also gave me information to lead me in the right direction for potential loans and explained everything to me-super helpful!

I’ve had many experiences with Truist, but this review is primarily of banker Isaiah Perez. Excellent to work with, up front and honest, responds very promptly, and follows through. Would recommend him to anyone.
