Hushpuppy hated it, but I looooooved it. Her nails are perfect for riding on my bare arms now and her flying is down 90%. She has just enough flight left to escape the sometimes too curious cats. I'll be back when that beak, talon and wings need you guys again. I wish all the area bird lovers (any??) knew about you because it took me almost 6 months to find this place.

Did an excellent job with my fur babies, I couldn't ask for anything more. Gave my big fur baby the perfect haircut, he looks so different and I love it.

This was my first time taking my pet yesterday. I’m still kind of unsure about everything because when I set up everything online with Betsy, the night before everything was understood and fine. But to make a long story short, the impression I got from Zoe’s Friday first visit yesterday at the facility was the staff made plans to leave early asap. I still have the emails from Betsy and my conversations about exactly what I wanted done and the time I would pick up Zoe at 4:25 pm when I got off. I tried to be nice about it but the more I thought about it’s not OK. Because that’s the purpose of making an appointment and being specific and what you need done. I called and canceled her future appointment. So disappointed thanks bubbles & baths first time last time. First impressions last impression …….Regarding your response :In your response you said she hollered and screamed the whole time in the kennel. I’m sorry I thought a facility as this was trained and was capable of handling pups that were away from home. And I’m sorry that seemed to be the first time your trained and qualified staff dealt with a puppy that was afraid. I don’t feel there was any misunderstanding but no worries like I said it first time last time. Thank you.

Bubbles and bows has been watching our pups since she opened her doors in Nashville. One of our dogs has bad anxiety, but he's seems to enjoy Bubbles and Bows. The prices are good as you can tell that Betsy has a real passion for animals.

My small dog is a rescue who is VERY timid and a frightened pet.Bubbles & Bows staff are great with him! A year after first going there for his "clean up grooming", he is good with being bordered there if we need to go out of town without him. Charlie Dog and I cannot tell you what a difference this salon and the staff have made in our lives!!! No better people to work with animals than these great folks.

Will not be coming back…My yorkie-bichon mix has been to this place before with no problems. So naturally we returned….and this time she comes back with clipper burn/razor burn all over her stomach, neck, legs, and chest. I didn’t notice it until the day after our visit when she started to be restless and crying and licking at her paws and skin, so I put her into an oatmeal bath thinking a bug or something may have bit her outside, just to find the burns when Im bathing her…I called and asked to speak with a supervisor/owner but the lady who answered the phone said she wasn’t there, so I addressed the issue with her. Her response was along the lines of “She did have matting & I see here they did not use a sensitive skin shampoo….maybe next time when she comes we will use a sensitive skin shampoo.”Yes, my pup did have some matting which is why we came….and not due to negligence of me, just the improper tools. I brushed her regularly but not with a brush that is ideal for her texture fur & gets close to the skin, so therefore the hair was brushed out on the outer layer, but there was tangles close to her skin….BUT, that does not mean it is okay for her to have major clipper burn all over her. Nor does that have anything to do with the type of shampoo. It’s purely the clippers and how they are being used. My pup has had slight matting before, the same way she had when we came, and never came back like this from them, or any other groomer….The cut is nice, which is why I gave an extra star, but it is not worth the pain and suffering my dog is going thru right now. It’s hurtful to see her like this… Just wish they would have been gentler or at least informed me of the burns.
