So welcoming and professional.
I tried a different shipper by a different name brand nearby. They are rude, controlling, and actually tried to charge more for notary service than allowed by law. They backed down because I told them firmly that it was illegal in front of a crowd of customers. I absolutely don't understand how they can have crowds of customers when Postage Express is infinitely superior in service.
If you don't like Postage Express, check others nearby and you may decide that you love Postage Express, especially when you get to wait for a long time in a newer, fancier building. I'm sorry, but standing in line in a fancy building does nothing for me.

Spoke with the clerk and asked to verify they were a third party vendor for fed ex and if prices were the same as fedex prices online. I said I had a negative experience in Marion being charged almost double actual shipping for them to print the label. She said well it’s probably the same here then. Told her don’t mind supporting local businesses but asked for a price quote since I knew this package was 55.00 to be sent fed ex (online price) She quoted me about 30.00 above fedex price literally to print the label for me and take my box. I told her I wanted to support local business but her time to print a label was not worth about 30.00 to me. She interrupted and said in a snooty voice “obviously you don’t” - she was the manager she said lol. She was condescending and told me I should start my own account if I didn’t wasn’t to pay their prices. I should have seen this coming - two customers ahead of me walked out upset and she rolled her eyes for us to see. I told manager I thought she was rude - I would be sure to give them another negative review. She instructed me to mention my attitude in this post too. I understand that third party vendors have a right to charge what they desire - but I don’t know know why these places fee like they should charge almost 30 to print a label. I look forward to the business response on this one.I give the manager an A++++ on defending their superfluous pricing. A fail on attitude, friendliness, tone, customer service, and condescending remarks.

I absolutely love going here for my shipping needs. It is a small business and I love supporting small businesses. The owner is sooo nice and friendly. Everyone who works here is super helpful and willing to answer any mailing/shipping questions you may have. Highly recommend.
