I have been purchasing oil from Lutz for 3 years. I’ve never had an issue but today I called and the lady Robin who answered the phone was VERY rude. Everytime I asked a question, she spoke over me, raised her voice and I explained to her that she would not disrespect me. Because of her attitude, I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.
