Never done an accident claim before ladies in Front sat down walked us through the process of what to expect and do. Didn't sugar coat anything, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Would put five stars except the only thing didn't like is how to get into the location itself

I hit a deer in the wee hours of Valentines Day morning. I brought my car to iAuto Collison Center. They did an AWESOME job! I highly recommend them if your vehicle needs body work.

My car was sent to their Forest City office where it took 3 1/2 weeks and 5 phone calls to get it repaired. I have not had any issues with the quality of work. My review is due to my experience with being given 3 different dates my car would be ready and the extra charges billed to my insurance company and myself.

Replied to an insurance claim immediately, I sent photos of my vehicle. The gentleman on the phone was so helpful and nice he set me up for repairs immediately.This company actually wants your business.I highly recommend using this company

Tim, Malisa and Miranda have done an amazing paint job on my car. Not only was the cost better than Wares Auto, the superbness of the paint job was beyond my expectations. If I had more stars to give I would. I highly recommend iauto. They all deserve a raise in that place.
