Today I went there to get my oil changed . I've been getting it changed there for 2 years. I got there at 1047 in the morning and this guy was so rude to me telling me they were going to lunch I asked before 11? Yea get out of the bay...so rude. I went and got it changed some where else. I went to lunch across the street but before decided to pull over and talk to someone about it. Again I've had my oil changed there for 2 years...2 cars. The manager said he'd address it but he was almost equally as rude.i try to visit local but this was hella bad experience after 2 years of going there.

Dang, always had a good experience here but today I didn’t. Apparently they break for lunch daily from 10:30-11:30. Guy was fairly rude about it sadly.

Always go there to get our oil change on all cars and this new guy got disprespectful bc we had Dallas cowboys stuff in our car which turned into an argument ready to fight. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there until he is let go. Even so I’m still gonna be looking for him in the streets

I ALWAYS go here to get my oil changed! ALWAYS! Customer service has ALWAYS been great and has ALWAYS been amazing, up until today. Theres this new guy there and he was so freaking rude and disrespectful. Made comments about how I need to wash my car, made negative comments, made me feel very uncomfortable and not good. I could've gotten out my vehicle and cursed him slam out! I wanted to. I'm there for an oil change. No one needs to be worried about how my car looks or making negative comments. It has NOTHING to do with my oil change. Then when I pull off he mentions me needing to go get it washed again and so hopefully I have enough money to do so. EXCUSE ME?! I have ALWAYS gone here like I mentioned earlier and I've never been treated with nothing but respect until today! I wish I knew the piece of craps name. He was the black guy that was there. Everyone has always been nice and no one has ever talked down to me when I go, or have been negative. I will find another place to go and will NEVER go here again!

I was there less than 2 weeks ago to get an oil change, they were friendly, fast and prices are decent, but today 9/18 my car marks needs oil change, I've tried calling before leaving a negative review but I got no answer I called 3 times.Service: Oil change
