Excellent customer service I love dealing with the people there Sheila Keith always been a pleasant experience never have any issues I will never go to another post office again as long as they're open......and I usually ship about 5 to 10 packages daily.

I had a package that needed to be returned. The sweet lady at the PO waited on me. She is so helpful and polite . This is exactly why I always visit Spencer Post Office.

Overall, it's a good post office for someone who occasionally has to ship a letter or a parcel.If you're a small company, however, they won't be as accommodating. Despite the fact that your packages have prepaid labels on them, Ms. Shiela and her manager will inform you without hesitation that they are unable to scan your items and will refuse postal service to you.

Always open on time which is a bonus. Staff are very polite and understanding. For people who always pay with card like me, the card reader/machine has always worked anytime i've been in there.

I usually don’t have a great experience at any post office, especially around the holidays. This was my first time using this location and the staff was incredibly friendly. Despite the line being out the door, they were efficient, helpful, and kind.

if they was a 0 star id give them that they dont deliver your mail like there supposed to they send it back to the ones that sent it its stupid and they have a different mail man every day half of them dont know what there doing
