Jennifer Krautkremer has been our go to US Cellular sales representative for over a year. It seems my teens lose, crack, or water damage their phones every other month ? so we are regularly replacing them. Jenn is always professional and helpful. She's quick and efficient while also providing quality service. We stay with US Cellular in Sparta specifically because of Jenn...the best representative in our small town.

Jennifer was very helpful, knowledgeable, and persistent when it came to resolving any issues. I upgraded my phone and was having problems getting my old messages from old phone transferred to my new phone and she worked on it until she got it. The messages were very important to me since they were from my mom that had passed earlier this year and she knew it was important to me and did not give up until she got it. Just hope she knows how thankful I am that she did that for me.

I love this place because they are so much cheaper than bark if u need to put a sims car in for ur phone and activate it it isn't only about $40 and it works be prepaid ðŸ‘ðŸ½ðŸ‘ðŸ½
