When I arrived at this car wash, before I paid I asked an employee if I could do a touch less wash on my vehicle due to having a paint correction recently done and not wanting scratches on my Mercedes, I was told by that employee that they could retract the brushes and they wouldn’t touch my vehicle. I went through the wash and both of the side brushes went down the sides of the vehicle, on the passenger side the brush grabbed my mirror and cracked and scratched it. I informed the employee of it and was told by the manager that they couldn’t do anything about it. The manager also said some of the employees are new and is “having trouble” training them on how to do a touch less wash. So now because of the incompetence of the manager of this establishment i’m out over $400 for the damage to my mirror. Would not recommend going through this car wash.

This is the best car wash I've ever been to, from the first time I used it I was hooked .. it's a great wash and shine on my car and the staff , Isaiah the manger and others are fantastic, they have the best attitudes and always a smile on their face... GO here and the price can't be beat... join the club and wash your vehicle as many times as you like with free towels and cleaner... for 1 monthly price of only $20 !!!! I love it

Great wash but 2 things that brought the 3 stars. Got the Graphene wash for 32 dollars but the tire shine was not working evidently because everyone in the lot had no tire shine on their tires including mine. If you ran out of chemical or are having issues with the brush, the best thing to do is have an employee hand applying every vehicle after they come out which no one did. The wrap around brushes also pushed my Mercedes mirrors very far out. Good thing my car is somewhat new! Be careful if you have an older vehicle because they may get ripped off.
