i Recently.rented a unit i was unloading the uhaul it was really hot well the manager terra passed she stopped an asked me if i was ok i sai yea but its just to hot today she drove off and 4 minutes later she xame back with 2 bottles of water that was very k8nd of her

The in-person interaction with the staff at this facility was pleasant and at the same time efficient. I left with having completed the enrollment transaction and had knowledge of where my unit was located.

Great place with the previous owners. They gave me a flat rate and said it wouldn't go up at all. They charge the name but kept my rate the same. Now my rate when up and didn't even bother to say nothing or notify me. So much for flat rate. I wish I could take my stuff out of there but unfortunately everywhere else is full and sadly that's where they take advantage of you.

I want to start by saying the facility was very well kept, also the staff was very nice I believe her name was Terra who helped me with everything! She was very sweet and made things very easy!
