I've had my engagement ring, two wedding bands and 2 necklaces custom made at Wade's Jewelers. When I went in to pick up the two custom made necklaces I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the manager. She was short and to the point. She opened each neckless individually holding them in the box. She did not display the neckless on the black velvet tray and did not offer for me to hold and examine them. She closed the boxes and that was it.
If you want the customer experience that Wade's prides itself on, make an appointment with Chad. He will listen to your dreams and desires and will make them come true.

I had a great experience getting an emerald necklace repaired here! When I acquired the piece, it was missing 1 stone. They hand-cut a new emerald to replace the one that was missing, and for a very fair price too. It was ready less than 24 hours after I first brought the necklace in and the work was excellent. They had also cleaned it for me free of charge and it looked awesome. I have acquired a few more pieces in need of repair now, and will be returning soon to Wade’s for more repairs. The customer service was great as well- the jewelers were genuinely excited to see the jewelry I’d brought in!

Murray, Cindy, and staff were all great! I took in an antique piece that was my mom's and a pendant that I'd never worn. Murray removed a stone from the antique piece and created a setting on the pendant that I would be hard-pressed NOT to wear - it is just beautiful! I think the prices are very reasonable, and the estate jewelry case has many unique pieces. Plus, everyone at Wade's is just so nice, a very friendly place of business!

Brought in a family ring to be resized and repaired they where able to get it done when others told me they couldn’t do it and they did a fantastic job with it looks like a completely different ring

I can't thank the staff at Wades Jewelry enough for the wonderful job they did with my wedding ring. Murray sized, tightened loose stones and repaired other issues. Murray explained each procedure in detail and put my worries at ease. If you need a jeweler you can trust I would highly recommend Wades Jewelry. I have referred them to all of coworkers, family and friends.

The team (Murray, et al) exceeded our expectations when repairing my wife's bracelet. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, incredibly prompt and responsive. I suspect we will use them exclusively for future cleanings and repairs and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area seeking professionalism, friendliness and expertise.
