This place is a treasure. The instructors are wonderful and bring a great energy, and the setting is unbelievable. Practicing yoga with the sounds of the waves underneath, the breeze, the sun—unbeatable. And during the last class I attended we got to see a stingray leaping out of the water right in front of us. This is an incredible experience, don’t miss it!

First time trying Southport Yoga Dock, a pretty new yoga studio, with a unique environment & view. The dock is large & can accommodate around 20 yogis or so. Our instructor for this morning, Carol, has been practicing for over 20 years & provided a great class with some deep stretches, balance sequences, warrior flows, and a lot of focus on the breath & letting go of what is not for you. Awesome instructor with a kind disposition. She even took a picture with me at the end! I really enjoyed this class, being out on the water made it a great experience. Very peaceful & blissful venue, even with the wind (which posed a challenge at times). Makes me wish I had something like this at home! Oh well, it will just make it sweeter to come back the next time I'm in town!
