Horrible experience. Radiator replacement. 1. Ordered wrong part, 3rd time was a charm. 2. Charged $250 more than the estimate (assuming that is because they had to overnight the part the 3rd time). 3. Did not put antifreeze in new radiator (seems essential). 4. Did not attach hose clamp correctly so that antifreeze could be added (poured out on the ground) 5. Saturday 'Manager' on duty does not know how to fill out a claim. 6. Asked 'Manager' to call owner to have a tech verify work done by a lovely AutoZone employee (Guy went above and beyond!!!). Owner is on 'vacation'? Which, may be very true, but the "manager" can't make a decision? 7. Ask to document statement to give to owner on Monday to do the claim. Sorry, can't do that, but did generate a fake receipt showing "attendance", I guess.
The situation was frustrating, but could have been better if handled appropriately. Maybe, just maybe, we will hear back (holding my breath). I will be in contact on Monday, to fill out the Garage Keeper Claim, as to protect myself and my vehicle. Hopefully the ownership can figure out why the bill magically increased $250. And some level of accountability for the person in such a rush to get out of the shop on Friday that they forgot to refill the new radiator, adjust the clamp to correct position, screw it down. Not accountability with termination (and I don't expect to know an outcome here). Good people make honest mistakes. I would recommend training the 'manager' on how to fill out a claim. I would think, even to show him out to entertain and act empathetic by writing something out. Asking the customer to write out their statement. Something to show, 'hey, I am taking this seriously and will try to help." Vs. here is a piece of paper saying you came in. Let me check the work that the fantastic AutoZone guy did, and maybe I will guess that is right? Hey, head on down the road, or, just stick around on the beach a couple of days until Monday (sure, that is how life works).

I went to get an oil change and ended up getting that and new tires. They were great and their tire price was extremely competitive. Highly recommend them

Really wish I didn’t have to pick one star (I wanted to pick zero!) The place is fine for oil change and tire rotation but don’t go there for anything else especially if you have a foreign car. I have a six month saga that was “fixed” in August but is not. They will not offer a refund or replacing the “after market” parts with actual manufacturer parts. (For most foreign cars that is all you should use).
So stay away for mechanical repairs !!!! They will force you back there even though you have lost all confidence in them.

After the severe rain and flooding, the rear brakes of my Ford Escape sounded bad -- REALLY bad! I called several places for availability, yet most were booked until after the holidays or non-committal or wanted me to just drop it off. Even though there was a 20 minute wait, I showed up and explained my situation. Donna was kind, courteous, and did everything she could to help me. She assured me that the team would take care of me although it may take a little time to get the parts. What I thought would be an entire day of waiting, I was out in 2 hours! Even better, the price for was a lot lower than I expected. This was an early Christmas gift -- and I found my new go-to for repairs.

Very nice staff, had to wait a while for an oil change but the work was done quickly. Pricey but I think that's everywhere these days

Never. Had any issue with anyone here if. Treat with respect this what you get
